Capturing the President of the United States. This is without a doubt the most spectacularly successful double agent maneuver in modern history. Have to hand it to Putin, and the KGB training he received. He has absolutely smoked the corrupt American machine. And a lot of Americans are too stupid to notice, or even care. Thanks U. DHS and FBI characterize this activity as a multi-stage intrusion campaign by Russian government cyber actors who targeted small commercial facilities’ networks where they staged malware, conducted spear phishing, and gained remote access into energy sector networks. After obtaining access, the Russian government cyber actors conducted network reconnaissance, moved laterally, and collected information pertaining to Industrial Control Systems (ICS)."
