Watching the post-game interviews and all the preds could do is complain about the refs.... watch all those penalties from the third period again and tell me which one wasn't an obvious penalty?... Pekka Rinne called his slashing penalty "a little tap on the back".... really?? you did a full 360 degree spin and got your entire body into slashing Lowry on that play... Meanwhile, Laviolette showed all class and despite being noticeably pissed off he accepted defeat and said he team needs to be more disciplined... the team should learn from him...

Honestly, being critical of someone praising KJU is fair but to then suggest that person is biased in favour of someone (not mentioned) is rich if you’re praising trump I see nothinf trump has done to impact North Korea actions. Unless you think trumps vocalizing his willingness to wipe NK off the map scared NK back to the table. And I don’t think that’s the case. It could be. But I don’t think so. It’s timing and efforts of SK. NK got to the point in their nuke program where they have something to negotiate with. And only trump thinks you can actually annihilate NK. No one else does. With Trumps threats insults and bluster and SK’s willingness to engage in meaningful dialogue I think it’s only fair to assume the matter had the greater impact. Seems like it could be a case of North & South Korea legitimately believing that Trump and some members of his team, specifically Bolton, are crazy enough to start bombing the North, so they both worked harder to get their **** sorted out. I think NK knew prior administrations would never actually attack, so they were more or less free to do as they pleased. Trump appears to have out-crazied him.

I think they take a DB like Bennett or Onyeka or a receiver depending on who is there in round one and don't take an OL. As Booch stated, they have Chungh, Goossen and Neufeld to start with 3 prospects/youngsters for depth. Plus Gray. I think they go OL later with a guy likely to go back to school or a futures pick.

when you look at our roster we have 6 canadian lineman in house..and a possible 7th in Gray in the waiting possibly...with really at best in the next 2 years 3 going to start and 2 to be game ready replacements..I would think Couture/Spooner/Spelling and (if Gray ever makes it this yr or next ) covering our needs at the moment...so going O-line with our first 2 oicks..even first 3 is somewhat a waste. I would go with the player most likely to make a roster impact this year with the 1st..regardless of position and then the best player available with 2nd pick

I hope they continue to draft linemen. You can never have too many quality Canadians on the lines. The worth of these players is hard to quantify. Every team is looking for them.
