Winning a couple Hec Creightons while doing pre-med in university, that's a pretty serious accomplishment, deserves respect.

Hartnell is playing. Not sure why Maurice would handicap us like that. Ppl get bent out of shape when we take shots at Maurices decisions. Keep in mind.. Maurice always talks about how the game is about speed and skill yet he throws Hendricks in there.. Completely contradicting what he says. I believe its ok to criticize and question certain coaching decisions.. Hendricks playing is one of those.

Little is hurt and might miss the game. Hendricks is the "game time decision" potential replacement. It might just be my expert stupid ******* opinion, but I'd rather go with Roslo.

Not resigning Hurl was the best move to solve the MLB situation.

I agree 100% - get a real MLB that plays like a MLB and let our safety play like a safety instead of covering up for a weak MLB - and the entire D backfield will look better.

Yeah that's what did it... get Hendricks out of there. Wasn't that breakout game by Kyle Connor or 38 saves by Hellebuyck. Hendricks coming out of the lineup was the difference in this one.

The first Preseason game is May 31 .... the regular season starts June 14 ... everything will start to move very quickly now .... I am not used to the CFL in May but you know what? I can't, for the life of me, understand why Maurice is so in love with Hendricks. There is no way he should play another second of playoff hockey. Like you said, I hope Little is good to go. If Little is out, I hope they move Lowry up and don't mess around too much.

I think Heath not being back next year is being overrated on these boards. The #1 problem was an MLB who played like a DL, a Safety who played in the box most of the time, and then a gap created at the traditional safety position. Get Loffler out of the box and wreaking more havoc with receivers - suddenly the entire backfield is looking better.

I dont think playing Hendricks over Perreault or Roslo played much of a role in the game, however, bottom line.. You play your best players.. We dont have a week to wait for them to be 100 percent.. 75 percent Perreault and 100 percent Roslo or even Dano is better than Hendricks tho. Do they make a difference? Perreault might have.. But cant say for sure... But bottom line.. Playing Hendricks when you dont have 2.. Dumb. Most guys are likely not 100 percent healthy anyways.. So if a Perreault is close enough.. You play him because a 75 80 percent healthy Perreault is better than Hendricks. Hendricks is an anchor.. There are legit stats out there.. A damning one.. Oh but he PKs.. Our PK is worse when he plays.. Why? Cuz hes too slow. Its just crazy... Regardless he wont be playing tonight Great leader.. Great guy... Awesome in the community... Below average NHL player tho. Just my 2 cents.

Logan Stanley named co-winner as his team's MVP for the playoffs. Have to say this has been a positive year for him in his development so good for him to get some recognition. Calgary isn’t getting better. They are trying to fill massive holes on their offensive line to try and make up for busts in previous years. After the third round you rarely get anything of long term substance. So the bombers basically solidified their agenda of starting two Canadian receivers by drafting 2 of the top 3 or 4 receivers in the draft including Simonise who has the potential to be one of the top Canadian receivers in the league if he and the bombers are able to get him back to where he was when he played for the Dinos. There was nothing that would have been available at pick 7 that was going to make this team better this season. It would have been another backup offensive lineman who’s gonna take a couple years to develop.

Well.... roster cut down day comes and instead of pink slips Huffs handing out RRSP pamphlets with the words "See you soon" inside. I would hope there is a provision in place that would force a player who declares "retirement" in a year to at the very least forfeit their eligibility to resume playing that year or these rash of retirements is nothing but a joke loop hole to roster # management
