  1. That's completely unrealistic - if that's richie hall's defense that girl should be at least 10 yards further away....

  4. If this hasn't been mentioned... This is what a good defense can do to keep you in the game if your offense isn't getting on track

  5. yeah...it's bizarre...speaks to the character of the guys on defense to follow the script and not go rogue and abandon the scheme, but on the flip side, I hope that conversations were not had by the players and with Hall to adjust or if they could do something else if they see something on the field , and have Hall say no....this would not be a good thing, and certainly after that game, and watching how a different team approached that offence, that changes have been made. We have better players overall in our back-end with Randle, Fenner, Leggett, Loffler, Bighill and JSK as opposed to Jovon, Gainey, Edam, Butler, Hurl and Eugoven...so for us to not scheme against teams better and shut them down is soley on the Co-Ordinator

  9. Two conclusions from tonight. Sask offence is historically bad. Bomber defense is confirmed pitiful.

  11. Shocked June Jones didn't challenge the late hit on the Hughes TD. Blatant head shot on Masoli.

  12. For Ottawa: Kyries Hebert is suspended and will be replaced by rookie Avery Williams. Trevor Harris will be looking to rebound after a rough outing against Calgary that saw the Redblack O go cold for extended stretches during the game. For Montreal: Jeff Mathews will start. Drew Willy is not on the 46. Tyrell Sutton, last year's league rushing leader, was humbled last week by the Roughriders' league-best run D, so maybe there's an bounceback opportunity there for him, facing a raw rook at MLB instead of Sam Hurl.

  14. I find the complete lack of in game adjustments by Winnipeg last week and Hamilton this week more than a bit puzzling - it must be frustrating for the players.

  16. jesus christ, the unwashed rider hoards are back to full foaming at the mouth mode. these people are the worst of the worst, so glad they become completely irrelevant once the riders are done. its like having alabama in the middle of our wonderful nation.

  17. I'm mad. Mad because our defense looked so bad against this same Hamilton squad last week. Could someone please send this game film to OShea and Ritchie. Seriously, they need to see that it is possible to play a tight defense.

  18. As a Bomber fan, when can I has good defense, too...?

  19. This is great news. On offence Bombers look pretty good with Nichols and Streveler as a backup. I actually like that better now than if they had Durant. The only thing they need to do is go deeper down the field now and get both Adams and Bowman involved. If they can do that they should have an offence that is hard to stop like last year.

  32. Fun fact of the day: Lowest scoring game in NBA history was a 19-18 final. The same game resulted in them eventually implementing the shot clock. This game reminds me of that miserable day in basketball history.

  33. Probably Sask. Lack of scoring on our part is due to crappy offence more than Hamilton's defence actually playing well (not to say Hamilton's d is bad, but our offence really is bad).

  43. More likely there's just a complete lack of options out there for qbs. I mean look at what we were left with when Nichols for hurt and Durant called it a day. Had to bank on a rookie cause there's no one to bring in. I know some people think Adams is hot **** but he's already washed out of several places, including Montreal so he's hardly worthwhile. And further more, when Mack first got here do we not remember that he went out and got both Pierce and Jyles? Guy tried the CFL experience route, but Jyles wasn't worth much and Pierce was broken.
