One of the reason why I don’t like bashing a player or coach for a poor season often don’t know what’s going on in there lives. So here are some interesting numbers over the each teams last 5 games comparing us vs Sask. Wpg vs Calgary 29-21 off a bye week and controlled 3/4 of the game. Wpg vs Sask 31-0 dominated, period Wpg vs Ottawa 40-32 dominated, but almost let it get away. Wpg vs Edmonton 30-3 dominated. Wpg vs Montreal 31-14 dominated. We outscored our opponents 161- 70 Now the inbreeders... Sask vs BC 35-16 defense dominated by Sask Sask vs Calgary 29-24 held on to win Sask vs Wpg blown out 0-31 Sask vs Edm 19-12 slugfest and managed to squeak out a win. Sask vs Montreal 34-29 barely beat one of the weakest teams in the league. Sask has outscore their opponents 117-112. Every team Sask has beat, we have beat better or worse! We are destroying teams they barely beat. I'm so sick of TSN and the CFL websites talking about how good Sask is... They really do have a horseshoe up their arses, that's for sure. Even the 2 times they beat us, 1 play our way and the outcomes are different. I'm truly not scared of these Hillbillies! I'll be cheering for Calgary this weekend so we through Mosiac for the semi and shut their faces once and for all! TSN will probably still have the Riders higher on the power rankings after we beat their a**es in the playoffs! We have seen that any team can beat anyone else this year, but here are my power rankings based on recent play and momentum: Wpg 5-0 Multi-dimensional offense, lights out defense, we can lay the beatdown on anyone in the league. Ottawa 3-2 ( Great Offense, very capable defense, Officiating always goes their way. Case in point last time we played them). Sask 4-1 ( Dominant D, horrible offense, horseshoes up their a$$es and the refs never call penalties on them except for make up Bull$hit meaningless ones to even out the game ). Bc 3-2 ( Normally potent Offense and tough D, I think had an off game against Sask. Will play with anyone in the league when they are "on"). Hamilton 2-3 (have potential to be contender but really missing speedy B and defense is Meh at best). Calgary 2-3 (last 2 wins were against Toronto and Montreal...Nuff said). Playoffs will be Semi Wpg @ Sask Winnipeg wins Bc @ Hamilton Bc wins Finals Wpg @ Calgary Wpg wins BC at Ottawa Ottawa wins Grey Cup Wpg VS Ottawa- Damn straight Wpg wins!!!! Whoot Whoot Go BLUE! ii4 points -

I think we are seeing that a lot of nasty racist idiots existed in greater numbers than we expected but at least they were kept in the dark. What Trump and the normalization of the alt right has done is made these people comfortable, perhaps even proud, to come out into the light. And they're doing a better job of messaging than the left. And people like me, long time conservatives, are caught in the middle because we literally have no political home. If the GOP had the balls to prevent this alt right take over and embrace a center-right philosophy, thats where many of us would gravitate to. But they know it would be a disaster for a few years. The GOP know they have to embrace Trump and his nasty base because there isnt enough of the center left and the left sure wont vote for them. Its why I've said, any conservative who is fed up with this needs to vote straight Dem in the next election and probably 2020 as well. You have to kill the beast before it can be replaced with something better. We've seen the worst of the right and what it can do..and it can sure get worse. We read in history books about how Hitler did what we did but we're living history right now. And people will rail against it (Trump himself whined about being compared to Hitler) but the shoe fits. Vote left to send a message. Whats the worst that can happen? Health care for all? Gun Control? Women's rights? Oh no, the horror.4 points -

This is no surprise, most politicians are older in terms of age... this rift isn't helped at all by my apathetic millennial generation, the majority in office are less eager to do so because imposing taxes generally is political suicide. His proposal is a consumption tax, you know what's the best part about that? It's avoidable, similar to tobacco tax (which adds about 50% to the cost of cigarettes) and taxes on alcohol... if you don't like it, don't buy stuff subject to carbon tax. A carbon tax would nudge people's tendencies and actions in the right direction, you'd see less SUVs and shiny new trucks on the road. As for not making a difference, his point is that it needs to be a collaborative global effort - someone has to take the first step. Might as well be us.4 points -

Zach Collaros. A guy who has known issues with concussions is whacked hard enough to see watermelons floating above his head. He definitely had his bell rung. My issue after that hit is why the hell did they allow him to continue playing? Did the game’s spotter go out for a Diet Coke? He should have been pulled then and there. *Joel Gaston, from 3 Down Nation, reports it’s the 3rd time Collaros has been pulled for a head injury. They let him finish the series? Ridiculous.3 points -

You can't pick and choose what you get with Trump. You can't like his economic policies etc and let his hate-filled rhetoric, racist rants and idiocy go unnoticed. Reading the Pittsburgh shooter write things like "its not enough to elect Trump"....while the alt right try and frame this like an attack on Trump's policies and then it comes out his own daughter (a Jew) had to convince him to denounce it. Of course this was going to happen. And it's going to get worse. If the Dems impeach Trump, he and his zealots will be calling for an armed uprising against "the enemy". If I'm a high profile news anchor, Im making sure I am very careful. These pipe bombs werent for fun...they were an assassination attempt on two former Presidents. It's disgusting. Something even worse is going to happen. There are supporters of this cowardly shooter calling for similar attacks on " a weekly basis". Its bad. And they feel they have approval from the President.2 points -

According to Canada's Ecofiscal Commission, extreme estimates state a carbon tax would increase costs for Canadian households that use the most carbon (that is, those that are the most wasteful) by $1,141 for your average Canadian household. For starters' that's less than $100 a month... for the upper-class... and secondly, the people you're referring to (the poor that wouldn't be able to afford it) wouldn't be in this realm, since if they're that poor they wouldn't be consuming carbon (or other items) at such a high rate to begin with. (source https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/carbon-tax-canadians-cost-prices-1.4753664) As for it being a tax on essential services, they already implement environment levies on all sorts of items to encourage responsible behavior. The best example I can think of is the environmental levy on car batteries - you pay the levy up front, then when you return the old car battery (for recycling) you get your money back. If you didn't have that tax, there would be a lot car batteries in landfills. Lastly - aren't all taxes taxes for essential services? Isn't that the whole idea?2 points -
I want the Riders on November 11th for a number of reasons. The most important being: **** that teams fans. They're the pigs of our league. Canada's Alabama. They deserve to be NO WHERE near the Grey Cup. I can't stress how bottom of the barrel they are. Fogg has been alright..the long Matthew's play was a perfect place pass..Fogg had great coverage and just missed deflecting it away by an inch or two..cant blame him there..not sure any corner could have covered it better against a 6'5" guy who's specialty is that play...if anything I'd put blame on Hecht for being late recognizing that's where he should have been..and fact he is about 5'-8" tall didnt help. But for whatever reason our return game is really hurting us..kick return guys are actually embarrassing..and on punt returns Fogg is pretty much smothered the instant he gets the ball..not much more he can do other than secure the ball and get any positive yardage..its scheme and foot soldiers that are failing.2 points -

Just watch the play..after he first has it hit his hands he loses control and ball is loose and slides down his chest..as he falls he hits ground with it in his possession...BUT he at that point wasnt over the plane of goal line..and then didnt survive contact with ground..hence the call made and in my opinion the right one ans I am sure that's what they noticed/and discussed at command center. Another thing.. I didn't realize what a whiney lil twit Dickenson is..and used to think he was a straight up dude but after that game..man..lost a lot of respect for him..makes u appreciate o'shea and his calm demeanor and way he shows displeasure on sideline1 point

The Morning After...With Coffee 👁🗨Calgary quarterback Bo Levi Mitchell lost a third-straight game for the first time in his CFL career. 👁🗨 can’t stop thinking that there’s a little less twang in his accent today.. 👁🗨I do really want to see if we have a k/r in Nelson as we need help there. But where to fit him in the lineup? 👁🗨Thank you Chris Matthews for stretching for more yardage. That wasn’t smart or necessary. J Santos-Knox forced a turnover and the Bombers were on their way to a FG to tie the game. 👁🗨Curse you Chris Matthews for that 60 yard reception that led to a TD. Stamps 9-6 👁🗨A strong Bomber defensive stand held the Stamps to 3 points after a Demski fumble, where his own teammate knocked it loose at the 25 yard line. Key play - a pass knock down by K. Fogg. It’s not a stretch to say this was a turning point for the Bombers. 12-3 as opposed to 16-3. That stop was huge. 👁🗨12-6 halftime score. In the past, it was never a good sign when trailing heading into the 3rd Q. But a 50 yard bomb to Adams helped change that. And then after the Stamps scored, a 60 yard pass to Wolitarsky showed where we’re at Offensively. 👁🗨Then, Bighill took over and forced yet another fumble. Another Bomber FG and an 11 point lead. 👁🗨Aren’t those 3rd down gambles nerve-wracking? I believe I would have punted. O’Shea’s not scared though and says he would do it again. That’s 3 - 3rd down failures that I can recall, and the 1st 2 almost cost us the playoffs. 👁🗨Then..the bobble at the goal line by Rogers. A slight bobble while attempting the catch at the goal line cost the Stamps a TD. A call either way couldn’t be overturned. It was too close. 👁🗨LaPo - a well called game. You deserve credit for this one! 👁🗨Can’t forget R. Hall, who’s always being slammed. Lots of timely pressures. 👁🗨The playmakers stepped up last night. And the list is long. Nichols, Harris, the O-line, J Santos-Knox, what’s his name? in the middle, Adams, and yes..Demski. 👁🗨Sayles (what a find) 👁🗨511 yards and possession time, great yac yards. Good combo. 👁🗨Clean game - only 4 penalties each. 👁🗨That 4th Q was a beaut. Stopped the Stamps on their 1st drive and then controlled the ball for 3 1/2 minutes to kick that FG from no pressure Medlock. 👁🗨There was a turnover on downs, and a controversial no-catch call at the goal line. You could almost hear the screams from Edmonton. - No reports on damage though, from the Maas household. 👁🗨Now today, can just sit back and enjoy some football and hockey without the worry of getting into the playoffs..1 point

Ed Tait: "Winnipeg now ranks second in points surrendered this year at 22.8, behind only the Stamps at 20.3. And it’s been eons since a Winnipeg defence could boast those numbers. “It starts off with really building our chemistry,” said Adam Bighill earlier this week. “We’ve had a lot of the same guys in our lineup and we’ve learned from our mistakes and just built together. It’s understanding our gameplan, executing it, not giving up big plays and really making the offence have to earn everything. Everyone’s doing a great job of getting after the quarterback and affecting his rhythm. In this league, that’s what you’ve got to do.” The Bombers have had seven games this year in which 10 or more of their points have come off turnovers. They lead the league with 141 points off turnovers, or 28 percent of their total points." Second ranked defence. Darvin Adams.... showing that he is a number one receiver.1 point
