Maaaaaan, **** TSN. That Connor goal last night is up there for goal of the year, IMO. I mean, seriously... Just look at that filth. Anyway, those are the top two lines Maurice needs to run from here on out. An absolutely lethal top 6 that should do some serious damage this spring.3 points -

Hayes... 10 points in 13 games. Which is the most of any trade deadline acquisition this year... Yup.. Even more than Mark "another winger" Stone. Stone and Hayes both have 4 goals Ehlers makes 55 and 26 better... He's just as valuable as Connor. I know ppl dont understand the fancy stats but they dont lie... Ehlers was a beast... Connor Hayes Laine were also. Actually every one was except for Hendricks. Hes the only guy below 50 percent last night in the fancy stats dept.2 points -

It should take at least 2 years to change any rule, probably even more. Changing the rules every off-season and even mid-season is a significant part of the problem. Maybe if the rules were the same from one year to the next the application of them by the refs and command centre would improve.2 points -

Imagine being Hillary and her people this morning. You rigged the nomination process and stole debate questions from media helpers to beat Sanders You run a horrible campaign and ignore states even your own people said were vulnerable. Rather than admit the above you create a narrative your rightful election was stolen from you by Russian agents and american conspirators. You then enlist the near full weight of narrative sympathizers in media to paint Trump, and others as traitors. Out of revenge you fund a fake dossier for party loyalists in FBI and DOJ to manipulate the basis for an investigation to, essentially, over turn an election you fairly lost at the same time getting legal cover for your own crimes from the same people. You pin hopes on Mueller, with media cheerleaders, he finds at least one thing impeach able even if you couldn't get him removed for said treason Now you have nothing. Welcome to Hell.1 point -

Just watched the OL/DL one on ones. Really impressed with Wilkinson Northern Colorado, Williams U of M and Desjarlais Windsor. Williams has tackle potential, but all of these guys most likely interior guys in CFL. Disappointed with Saxelid UNLV and Thomassin Laval, although both probably still go first 3 rounds. DL group is not very good. Griffiths from UBC very technically sound but not much burst out of his stance, will have no issue holding a gap. Potential to be decent rotational guy, might be the type someone would try to flip to OL because he has great feet, just not very athletic and not really stout enough to be a nose tackle, looks like a guard. Bunch of guys in this group that have DE bodies but DT athleticism. Start eating. Smith from Laurier only standout among the DE's. Lachance from U of M quick out of stance but standing up by third step, recipe to get knocked on your ass against better competition. EDIT: Forgot to say, the internationals in this group were absolutely brutal in terms of football. Their testing numbers don't stand out as being as awful as they looked in the drills.1 point -

They sign a contract saying they will participate in all drills before they get their plane ticket. Don't want to participate... don't sign and don't go. Simple as that. Frankly, not participating after you've said you would is a huge red flag for me. I wouldn't draft them until the 3rd round or later, and yes, I know that means I wouldn't get to draft them at all.1 point

Predators had no answer for the second line. And their "upgrades" they made at the deadline just made them older and slower. Simmonds and Boyle are not the answer to beating the Jets in the playoffs.1 point -
Canadian offensive lineman Shane Richards has refused to participate in any of the testing events at the CFL combine — so the league has sent him packing. Richards’ agent, and everybody’s favourite - Johnathon Hardaway, has a history of directing clients not to participate in combine testing on short notice. Don’t know who’s Matthew Boateng’s agent, but he has been sent home from the CFL combine after electing not to run the forty-yard dash on Sunday. https://3downnation.com/2019/03/23/another-prospect-has-been-sent-home-from-the-cfl-combine-and-its-time-to-change-the-events-eligibility-rules/ 👁🗨As reported, these guys have every right not to participate, but, by doing so, they prevent 2 other players who weren’t invited, to miss a chance to impress some CFL team. And that’s not right.1 point

okay I don't have a link but you can check your dvrs, now for those of you that have the Action channel at the end of the month, it will be rebranded as the Adult Swim Network, which will air shows from Cartoon Network and Teletoon's late night block (which means farewell Teletoon at Night) I had to let my dad know this because he watches King of the Hill on Teletoon at night and I didn't want him to get confused So this basically means that both Teletoon and Cartoon network will be doing family friendly programming 24/7 as of the 31st (though to me Teletoon hasn't been watchable since 2015, and Cartoon network had come 18 years to late)1 point -

oh man, the irony in the above statement is just off the charts. Where's my irony detector? Oh it just exploded. Not really. The DNC is scared to death of Omar and AOC. They are so scared of Omar they had to introduce a bill because of her rampant anti-Semitism. Omar can't even stop herself from tearing down Obama, which is just so mind-numbingly stupid it is beyond belief, if you are a Dem supporter. If AOC and Omar are the new face of the Democratic party, get used to losing a lot of elections. And supporting racist anti-semites. I don't agree about not engaging with white nationalists, obviously, because here I am engaging with you. I think anybody and everybody should be engaged with, because just because you apply a label to someone doesn't make it true. It's just a label that seeks to further divide people via identity politics. "Crazy" ideas becoming center or moderate ideas does have some historical basis, however, the true test is if these ideas actually are sustainable, or if they turn your country into Venezuela. When ideas become reality, and that reality results in the greater good being served.1 point -
The rules are there. Tweaking them to achieve the best results is not a bad thing. It’s the application that needs work. Refs and especially the command centre, have to have more focused training. Reffing is never easy, in any sport, but the command centre should rarely make mistakes. Whichever way they decide the rules should be set up is fine because the teams are involved in this set up. Refs will make mistakes, but the fail safe should be the command centre. Just get the call right. It’s really all the fans want.1 point

What’s up with this : The AAF's first championship game will no longer be held in Las Vegas on April 27, as originally planned. Instead, the game will now be played in the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas -- a 12,000 seat facility owned and operated by Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones. The facility is currently shared with the Cowboys, the city of Frisco and the Frisco Independent School District. From Vegas and 36,000 seats? https://www.cbssports.com/aaf/news/aaf-championship-game-moves-from-las-vegas-to-texas-at-facility-owned-by-jerry-jones/amp/?__twitter_impression=true1 point

Wow, awesome. The thing I am worried about is that the report will be more of a roadmap (as a report should be) and less of a Drag the PoTUS out in handcuffs trype of thing... and the result will be rebuplicans will be shouting as musch as they can NO COLLUSSION NO CLLUSION no further INDICTMENTS! meanwhile- there is a clear roadmap to start more investigations and most of the heavy lifting will be done by different lawyers and other courts and so forth. This next year is going to be INSANE.0 points -

They would be the fastest team in the league without Fleury. Watching the VGK game i saw Subban doing warmup moves that made our goalies look like they were moving in slow motion. It's all about speed for that team. Fleury might be mid 30s but even he is arguably the fastest moving goalie in league.0 points -
