It shows you how incompetent this administration is. They couldn't even document the parents and children, nor did they care too. They didn't even have the foresight to think how this might come back on them. But these were brown people and Trump and his supporters didn't care.

  7. @RichRymanPG It's looking like #Packers will play Oakland in Winnipeg for preseason game No. 3. Mark Murphy said on @WildeAndTausch it looks like details will be worked out. If not, they could still end up at Lambeau Field.

Why no indictments? Because he said flat out in the report he was adhering to the DoJ memo on not indicting a sitting president. So he did what the proper procedure is in that situation, let Congress do the job they are supposed to do. He said "ok here is the evidence we have collected, as the over sight on the executive branch you guys decide what to do with it" The reason they aren't rushing for impeachment is because the GOP controlled Senate is going to do everything they can to shield a Republican president so they are taking their time and making sure all the details are in order. You can see it with how they are treating Barr refusing to show up for their investigation. Ask the guy to show up, give him plenty of chances, say you will escalate appropriately if no compliance. Be patient, you will see this play out. Trump campaign colluded with Russia, people are already in jail for it, Trump obstructed justice, he will be punished for it.

  12. Whataboutism. Like, if you are anti-Trump you HAVE to be anti JT too? Does not compute. Apples & oranges. And off topic anyway. But when you can't defend your guy, its easier to attack the other guy. Thats the MO of the very fine people on the right. 😉

Did you read the report? Even just the summary portions of the Mueller report? Not the barr 4 page spin job.... the report. WHy just the two choices? It was in the Mueller report (the 10 points of evidence of obstruction) and no- he did not agree with Barr- at all. he even wrote a letter to barr saying as much. here it is: and you can get a canadian view on it too: https://globalnews.ca/news/5226039/full-text-of-mueller-letter-to-barr-report-summaries/ Even Barr didn't know if Mueller agreed with him, he even says it in yesterday's hearing: "I don't know whether Bob Mueller supported my conclusion," Barr replied.

Oh, didn't you hear? It's done. Yeah, it was declared done by Graham, so it must be. Never mind all the indictments and plea deals and all the evidence that Trump knowing encouraged Russia to interfere with the election, it's done. It's fine with the alt-righties around here. It's done.

Agreed, would like to see us pick one of either Kongbo or Betts for sure. We can afford to gamble. Especially because I don't buy into this idea of us needing a receiver like everyone says we do. Even if we want to start 3, I'd rather see us bring back Coates or try and scrap lower rounds for depth - we don't need to blow a first round pick on CDNWR5 when we have Demski, Wolitarsky, Simonise and Petermann.

  27. Firstly, whataboutism is the only thing you guys have. Secondly, if you dont understand the difference which is laid out well in the link you provided, no one here can convince you otherwise. Thirdly, Ill try not to get myself in trouble, but you've revealed your character on this and if you think what Trump has done with children (not to mention every other thing) isnt awful, you're a lost cause.

  29. Permafrost is thawing in the Arctic so fast scientists are losing their equipment "Climate scientists have assumed a slow, steady erosion of permafrost and a similar pace of carbon release. Turetsky and her colleagues found something different. Instead of a few centimetres of thaw a year, several metres of soil can destabilize within days. Landscapes collapse into sinkholes. Hillsides slide away to expose deep permafrost that would otherwise have remained insulated." "Soil analysis found those quickly thawing areas also contain the most carbon. Nearly 80 per cent of them hold at least 70 kilograms of carbon per cubic metre. That suggests permafrost is likely to release up to 50 per cent more greenhouse gases than climate scientists have believed. As well, much of it will be released as methane, which is about 30 per cent more efficient at trapping heat than carbon dioxide." https://www.cbc.ca/news/technology/permafrost-melting-1.5119767

  34. Maybe Im a cynic but do we think they even wanted to? Or did they get perverse pleasure out of traumatizing little children and causing the kind of anguish and pain to parents that snatching their kids away would cause? How anyone can support that is beyond me. Gross.

Impeachment is a political act, not a strictly legal one. In fact, if there were no Watergate tapes, Nixon and his underlings, just might of gotten away with his/their obstruction, perjury, campaign finance violations, political dirty tricks, etc.... But that didn't not make any of it, right.

  40. Thats factually untrue. Im all for differing opinions but you shouldnt just be able to come in here and post lies to forward a false narrative. Why would you even want to? Have the Russians invaded this forum? lol Secondly, you wont read the report but if you did, its chalk full of collusion. If you're a legitimate poster, start by checking the definition of collusion and go from there. Good luck!

  42. I think they wanted Barr first so they could pin him down and if Mueller contradicted him, it would be perjury. Barr is such a weasel though. AG cant handle questions from staffers...lol They'll get Mueller. Thing about Mueller, he has been exeedingly fair to the President. Much more than he had to be. And I understand the criticism of him. He should have been more concrete in his report but I wonder if he thought Barr was not so conflicted. We'll see if Mueller is more pointed in front of Congress. if he is, its bad for a lot of people, including Graham. Like, how can you not want to hear from Mueller?

  44. The nationalists are hilarious. Equating no indictment to exoneration when it wasnt even on the table. And equating conspiracy and collusion. Like, they cant even argue facts because it doesnt support their twisted perspective. If this was Watergate, these same people would be defending Nixon with a straight face. But hey, impeach Clinton right? And what about the emails!! *clutches pearls*

Well released after having parts censored and the Attorney General gas lighting the actual contents of the report.... see that's what they are banking on, get their own spun version of things out there first and then hope people just don't care enough to actually pay attention to what is in the report. I see it worked on you...
