1. Defence - Giving up only 3s instead of 7s and you've got a good chance to win. Massive, massive goal line stand at the end. 2. Collaros - took deep shots to stretch the D, and made good throws when necessary, even converted some 2nd and long's after Streveler experiments didn't work. No turnovers. 3. All those Rider fans talking smack making this win that much sweeter! For those keeping track, the Bombers were the first team to win: - A regular season game at New Mosaic Stadium (NMS) - (July 1, 2017) - A Western Semi-Final playoff game at NMS (November 18, 2018) - A Western Final playoff game at NMS (November 17, 2019) WE OWN NEW MOSAIC STADIUM WHEN IT COUNTS (which is in the playoffs). HH - Medlock, quietly perfect yet again.

I'd like to give a shout out to Kongbo for his sack in the 4th quarter that turned a TD chance into a FG.

I just wanted to take a moment to say 'thank you' to Rich and all of the members of MBB for allowing us interlopers a place to come and talk about our Bombers since TEP being down. For us avid Bomber fans, the TEP couldn't have went down at a worse time, during playoffs... it was/is nice to have a place to come to and share our thoughts and participate in the conversation without being made to feel un-welcomed or reminded that we are merely quests at someone else's house.. Hopefully we've reciprocated the hospitality by adding to the conversation and provided additional insight to the going on's within the game and the Bombers in general... hopefully we will continue to do so once the TEP is back up, if it's back up... So again, thanks you to MBB, Rich, and the MBB members for accepting us and allowing us to continue to be part of the conversation, much appreciated!

Hi guys! What a crazy game. Probably the best goal-line defense I have seen in a game. Course, I think there was some dumb play-calling that helped but plays were made. It's strange how many discussions I got into over the past season+ saying that I believe Collaros still has something to give. Man those long balls of his had zip and accuracy. I just wish it wasn't against the Riders but hey.... Imma gonna say it... "I told you so" !! lol Good luck in Calgary next week! I HOPE the drought is over and many of you (or your kids) can actually see a championship win. I'll be rooting for you! Enjoy the week...best week of football if you're in the big game. Collaros will be looking to finish his revenge tour.

Well done to the blue contigent in the stadium yesterday- you showed up and made your voices heard Good luck next week, I can't bear any ill feelings to your players - almost universally they are players I wouldn't mind seeing in green, and extra luck for those who have worn it in the past Our off season started a week earlier than I wanted, but out of the 50 plus seasons my team has broken my heart, this is still one of the better ones, I'll take it. You get one more week, enjoy

And comes down to Lapo's biggest issue here for 4 seasons....the long stretches where managing even a first down becomes extremely difficult. Had so many opportunities on O to ice this game, basically the entire second half.

The Blue Bombers are the only team to win a playoff game in NM. Lol I love it. It's going to take them at least 2 years to match our playoff record there!!! Lol

The recent prevalence of open microphones has made it apparent the CFL needs to expand their rules on player conduct, I can't believe the amount of verbal abuse the officials take on the field, players constantly yapping at them about calls made or missed calls on almost every play, demonstrating a total lack of respect. You wouldn't see or hear it in hockey. The league has to establish that the officials control the field and are not to be objects of verbal, physical abuse or harassment, only designated captains should be allowed to address on field officials in a calm rational manner with a 15 yd. UR penalty handed out as a deterrent for violations. The players would quickly absorb the message.

He is still into it. I am sure he has been a big help for Collaros the past month.

Who cares what anyone outside of Winnipeg is saying about the game or the team. This is a team that for years couldn't get through Calgary. 2019 Checked that box. This is a team that did not win a game in Regina while I was in my 20's (Won when I was 19 and when I was 30), just checked that box in the playoffs in 2019. It's not always pretty, I still hate Lapolice as a coordinator, but they're still checking all the boxes. One left to check next Sunday. Enjoy the win this week. How many bomber teams can say they went through Calgary and Regina on the road to make it to the Grey Cup? And even if we lose next Sunday, we did the next best thing to winning it all, we made sure the Riders didn't win either.

Disagree...his deployment of streveler was most concerning. Almost cost us the game.

The after whistle **** by the riders was garbage. The refs need to get a handle on it at the beginning and not let it get out of control. But again they turn a blind eye to it and then it gets out of hand. When I reffed I would set the time early and the players knew that I wasn’t going to let them get away with that crap. But this reffing crew let the players dictate the game and the longer they let it go. The harder it was for them to get the game under control.?

WE beat the RIDERS ...that is all. We cup bound, baby. HH .That goal line stand was epic. Had Americans here watching the last 5 minutes. They were suitably impressed.

Having been at that 1972 Western Final, it took 47 years, but I’ve finally put that ghost to rest. it feels really great! Ticats are an incredible team this year, and I hope the Bombers win, but having said that, if it doesn’t happen, losing to Hamilton won’t hurt nearly as much as losing to the Riders would have.

If the Cup game is anything like this I'm gonna have to invest in my own set of defibrillators and a blood pressure cuff. I have 2 close friends that are bleed blue fans and I will support them and be in their corner like any friend should be. They deserve this and deserve a moment in the sun. we were ******* AWFUL in this game and the team that played Sask today will absolutely lose (badly) to Hamilton......Lapo was horrendous today. But...all that said.....I am going to have SO MUCH FUN living in southern Alberta this week...
