I was at the Bomber Store today at IG Field East and it was a madhouse. They were offering free lawn signs for the first 3,000 people starting at noon. Unfortunately, they had issues printing them, so they won't be delivered until tomorrow. If nothing else, this GC appearance is putting the Bombers back on some people's radar and it's putting money into the team's pocket.

To be perfectly honest, every day that goes by I care less and less about it because MBB is fulfilling my needs. I didn't bother with MBB previously because I spent all my "forum time" on TEP and didn't have time for another, especially when the conversation seemed like the same except considerably less active. Now with this forum, we have many of the same members plus the MBB stalwarts all in one place and it seems far more active. Obviously the software is world's better. I will go back to TEP if it comes back but I like it here and will probably end up making this my primary spot. As others have said, as long as there is good people here, including some old e-friends, that's all that matters to me.

CoFaj seems like a decent g...a decent gu... He is the most likeable guy on their roster

Did anyone else notice the Bomber defender go check on Fajardo while he was laying facedown on the ground after the goal post pass? Was is Rose? Who ever it was, very classy act by a professional and one of our boys. After watching the last pass a few times, I am thinking the Bomber player was Jeffcoat. Nice job.

When I did notice Jefferson on the re-watch, he seemed positioned to prevent CoFaj from escaping to his left with that spin move. I'm not convinced he didn't do anything despite being held off the stats sheet.

You keep trying to sell what no one is buying. Adams had more than half our receiving yards in Calgary and more than a third of our receiving yards against Regina. His big plays got us out of huge problems in both games. Sure he dropped a couple, every receiver does. None of them were game changers, but his catches sure were.

Well it looks like most of the men in our family are going to at the GC. I am taking my son, and grandson's, my brother and his son and grandson are coming in from BC, and my older brother and his son are flying in from Toronto. Apparently the weather in Calgary is going to be pretty nice, should be a great weekend. Go Bombers.

Man the people who complain about the traffic can eff right off..pardon my language...if they ever had to navigate going to and from a game in other places they would see this is a dream...In Oakland and San Fran where I attended many a game..NFL and College...game day travel logistics were a nightmare...easy 3 hours combined of travel..sitting...waiting...I go to Bomber games now from Southdale to IG and it has never took me more than 20 mins to get there...or 30..35 to get home....Can't say the same with travel to and from Polo...but I never bitched and moaned about it or said it should be in a better location. And based on city growth and populous who attend games...more are probably closewr to the new stadium..and will be in future than those who aren't...it's also easier for out of towners who attend as well for the most part...rant over

Duly noted: A fact worth noting here: two previous longest Grey Cup droughts in Bomber’s history were ended with victories over the Ticats. The club ended a 17 year drought in 1958 with a 35-28 win over the Ticats and the 1984 victory over Hamilton ended a 22 year absence.

I think this Oshea to T.O thing has grown it's own legs and came from nowhere...and won't happen. He likes it here..has created something really good and am sure would like to really establish a legacy...Sure he played on S. I get goosebumps and butterflies every time I read a story about the Grey Cup. I'm a mess and it's only Tuesday.

TEP has been around since 2006 and has an established membership that for the most part really like discussing football with each other. A forum is not about bells and whistles, it's about membership and activity. That is why people are loyal to it. We've got 12 years of posting history together, just as OB became MBB and the main membership from the OB days stayed together.

Been here for years and TEP since the beginning. MBB is an excellent forum and has been since the beginning. It is nice to see all my TEP friends here since the site went down. A lot of opinions I really respect on both sites, would have hated to lose any of them during this outstanding playoff run.

Finishing 3rd had the Bombers facing the daunting task of winning in Calgary and Sask. Team has rose to the occasion. Need to level up, just one more time.

Why is it we feel the need to single out a player for ineffectiveness when we really don’t know what that player was required to do? Especially when our Defence played so well and held the other team to 13 points..and no TDs. That sounds like a Team Defence to me..with everybody contributing. 13 points - no TDs

Did you not watch Nichols this year? You realize at one point he was behind only Mike Reilly in deep plays right? I dont understand this narrative. Do people forget how games went earlier this year? Nichols when he needs to/is able to can and will throw the ball deep. I'll give Collaros the edge in escaping pressure and getting the ball out, but people acting like Nichols didnt throw it deep is just weird.

Im not a Nichols fan but i think his deep ball is probably fairly on par with Collaros. The difference being, i believe anyways, is that Nichols just doesn't take as many deep shots because he is so risk averse. Collaros is willing to take more chances and let his receivers make plays.

I just wanted to take a moment to say 'thank you' to Rich and all of the members of MBB for allowing us interlopers a place to come and talk about our Bombers since TEP being down. For us avid Bomber fans, the TEP couldn't have went down at a worse time, during playoffs... it was/is nice to have a place to come to and share our thoughts and participate in the conversation without being made to feel un-welcomed or reminded that we are merely quests at someone else's house.. Hopefully we've reciprocated the hospitality by adding to the conversation and provided additional insight to the going on's within the game and the Bombers in general... hopefully we will continue to do so once the TEP is back up, if it's back up... So again, thanks you to MBB, Rich, and the MBB members for accepting us and allowing us to continue to be part of the conversation, much appreciated!

Weird. I’ve seen a decent amount of stamps fans throwing their support for the Bombers.

They specifically said, we hope Winnipeg beats Calgary in the WSF so they have to come to our barn to play us. They didn't want Calgary, they wanted us. They requested us. They begged for us. Well, they got us. How did that turn out for them, again?

Gotta wonder what Gaitor is thinking now that the Bombers are in the Grey Cup... quits on the team and they are a win away from bringing the Cup home. Whoops!

If they play someone else in the playoffs there they may win a game at IGF West. But, they have to live with us getting the first game played, the first playoff game, the first West Final, and us repeating next year for the first Cup played there. I love it

Richie Hall deserves some kudos... in hostile territory his D came up huge. How many plays from inside the 10 and no TD's? Unheard of. Lapo got the win last week, Hall gets it this week....
