Rigmaiden turning down the GM job in Montreal is a huge relief as well. I was more upset about thinking we lost him than I was about Lapo leaving. RR has done some very good scouting for us in his time here and now he'll do more.

I've applied and interviewed for jobs just to look at what an opportunity may be, and I think it is good to stay interview ready. There is value just going through the process.

so if giving up 186 yards in the LCD, 155 yards in the Banjo Bowl and 116 yards in 3rd game for a total of 457 yards and 3 TD's without Harris for 2 of the games is shutting us down all season I'm curious to see what "not" shutting us down would look like....... We came out somewhat flat in WF..against a team with weeks rest...at home with 2 weeks to prepare and still won...so obviously the better, more rounded, deeper, better coached team won...basically...the better team...plain and simple

What the Argos did with Chamblin is just about the dirtiest thing I've ever seen being done to a coach in the CFL. They interviewed for his replacement without firing him and every other opening closed by the time they fired him. Chamblin wouldn't have necessarily been a candidate but who knows. He's certainly had more success as a head coach than others who were hired.

The Riders were by far the worst team we played in the playoffs. They had no business even being in that game

Also of note, Walters feels they're in a good position to drop their 1st rounder to keep Collaros, should it come to that...

Well earned!! The both of them. O’shea and Walters completely changed the culture of the organization. From one of the worst organizations in the league to one of the best if not the very best! This is great news.

Allen has basically been begging for someone to give him a job but that guy has always seemed way too arrogant for my liking. He thinks very highly of himself. Remember when he wasn't a first ballot HOFer (as opposed to a first ballot Hofer, which our pal @Mark H.Is) and he was all fired up about it and quoting all his statistics? Oi vey. I dint like a personality like that being involved. Now, as Geebrr suggested..... Ricky Ray... That's a name I could get behind.

Apparently the Als are heaving a hard time filling the GM position because nobody wants to deal with the sad bald guy that's been squatting in the team shower room for some time now. Also reports of Joe Mack sitting in on interviews snorting loudly have been described as "highly disturbing" by a number of candidates.

I have a suggestion to the Als.... Brendan Taman, cant go wrong with that. 😂
