I feel like Jefferson had his mind made up a while ago. He just wanted to get a raptors game in.

The second half of the season he was lights out. The first 6 he was getting his feet under him. The thing is he showed up in the biggest games.

Possibly Willie's most impressive stat is that he lead the league in pass knockdowns with 16. On the league's statistical PDF they only list 11 players on the pass knockdowns list. 10 of them are defensive backs and the other one is Willie Jefferson. He's a special talent.

Hopefully Jeffcoat is healthy for 18 games this year and let them eat quarterbacks
