No, his inability to handle this situation has caused investors to lose confidence. The fact that he went out of his way to sign the Friday bump makes it clear that he has zero sense of what's going on. Investors know this and so do most functioning adults. When the largest economy in the world is led by an idiot, you can expect everything to fall apart.3 points -

Nope, Americans are exempt. They are the biggest threat right now and have nothing but a clusterf.... response but they're going to be allowed across the border.3 points -
My wife arrived home last night. Flight went through YYC, as planned. Got nothing but a sheet recommending self-monitoring for 14-days. Of course, government is recommending 14 day self-isolation. As of this morning, all international flights will have a questionnaire and will be recommending the 14-day self-isolation. Too slow for this. Anyhow, my wife arrived late and I have had no contact. We're keeping the kids home this week because they want to be around their mother and it's not fair to send them into school after having contact with her. I expect the schools to be closed by tomorrow anyhow. As for me, I'm going to work today in the office and likely from home for the next two weeks. I'm fortunate that I can do this, although it's not an ideal time of the year to be doing it. Stay safe everyone.3 points

I honestly don't care about NBA and what they do, and even NHL I don't care as much as CFL. I just want a 2020 CFL season. My mental health has taken a beating in the last several days, and I don't wanna think about what a lack of CFL football would do to me....2 points

No, it was terrible advice when he knew that the gov't was not taking the threat seriously. He went on national TV and said everything was calming down and to buy the dip, knowing full well that the gov't had zero response and that things were clearly going to get worse. Yep, Manitoba is now recommending 14 days isolation for anyone who has traveled anywhere internationally since March 1st. By back-dating it to the 1st, this now applies to me and my wife so we're home bound for the next 6 days (it's retroactive to the day we returned from the US).2 points

This has been going on for a long time. About 10 years ago, my son's high school receiver here in Calgary who went on to junior football with the Calgary Colts practiced everyday with the Stamps as part of a development program they had at the time. He'd go to Stamps practice in the morning & then to Colts at night. that isn't being done anymore. He told my son back then that just about all the Stamps receivers he practiced with smoked weed & weren't concerned about being tested at all. I think a majority of players smoke weed now. So, makes no sense to test them.2 points -

Just came back from Costco. Asked the cashier if there was any more toilet paper. Without even raising her eyes to look at me she yelled out, “NO!” Man I felt awkward having to hobble back to the washroom with my pants down to my ankles. For any of you who might be running low on toilet paper, Princess Auto has a sale on 10 lbs. of shop rags for $5.55 starting tomorrow!1 point -

It is a sad commentary on humans that there is never a lack of predators willing to traffic on human fear and misery. Alex Jones (he of Infowars) and disgraced evangelist Jimmy Bakker have both been advertising "cures" for the COVID19 illness and have been warned to stop immediately or face criminal prosecution.1 point -
I would be shocked if Buck deviated greatly from Lapo's approach to running an offence and play calling. Why would he? This offence has been very successful over the past few years. We will see a ton of Andrew, and a ton of short passes again this year.1 point
