Yeah the second wave could be trouble. If Manitoba is able to keep things locked down we’ll be alright but the pressure is going to be on to re open. Will the feds extend CERB and everything else to next spring? I doubt it. So there has to be a re-opening and a reluctance to close of a second wave hits. It’s going to be tough.

This is, by definition, a global pandemic. Damned few countries and economies are or will be free of the effects, and governments will have to choose between massive death rates or deficits, and I think that most people will choose the deficits with the attendant higher taxes. But then, that's socialism, isn't it? Unless taxpayer moneys are used to prop up businesses, some of whom have managed to avoid paying any sort of taxes but still line up at the trough.

Back when it was like 5000 people were complaining that it was just a flu and why don’t people care about the flu as much. From what I was told, there were a number of false positives (8 was the # given) this week so your information is fairly accurate. False positives are supposed to be rare and we've had quite a few of them in Manitoba so that's makes me wonder about the testing methods being used here.

That is a tough one....if you are forced to shut it down early into it that would be a significant additional financial hit.

Every pizza place that I worked at just used the normal dough and folded it over...nothing extra special to make it fluffy. When my wife makes home made pizza dough, it varies based on the yeast and baking powder that she adds. Also pizza hut is yucky.
