To be fair, most churches in Winnipeg went to virtual services in March. Some switched back to live in the summer but those that did switched back to virtual when we went to Red. As well, I'm talking small churches too, not just the larger ones.

This is just my two pennies but within one's own country, I'd say highly unlikely. Here in Canada, I think that would violate one's Mobility Rights as per the Charter. I'd expect similar instances in other developed/first world countries. Internationally is another story altogether, though. I think it'll be up to individual countries to determine what's required for travel, such as the MMR vaccine being required to enter certain European countries or yellow fever vaccination in certain African countries. In the case of COVID-19, I fully expect a number of countries to make vaccination a requirement for entry. Travel beyond one's borders is a privilege, IMO.

I wonder if they can restrict travel for people who decline the vaccination... international or domestic, coming or going....

There needs to be more focus on what is necessary, rather wondering why the government is not announcing this or that. Yes the players are better today because they have better training and better coaching and better schemes. If the great players of the past had the same training, coaching etc, they'd still be great players in today's game. The same thing goes for today's great QB's if you put them in the past with that level of training etc. The top 2 or 3 QB's of every era would be top QB's in any era. You can't compare stats from different timeframes because the game was different for everyone in different eras.
