  1. Yes, but Shaq Evans. Game, set, match.

  2. Best way to beat BC is to hammer Reilly all game long.

  3. But as per Glenn Suitor they have the ultimate weapon in Kian Schaffer-Baker. Did you know if you say his name 20 times per broadcast that it automatically makes him the top receiver in the league?

  7. Coming off the six game after two weeks is certainly interesting… I thought Cornelius looked just fine considering his first game was against Winnipeg. They must not trust him, or Harris is genuinely fine, which just doesn’t seem likely to me.

    2021 (??) CFL Season

I care that they report it correctly. An Edmonton media guy said it was a concussion. Calling it a neck injury is much less of a buzz word. Hope they aren't rushing him back to save whatever chance they have at the playoffs.

  11. Can't really decide if BC sucked or Sask got away with a freebie from the refs. I love our secondary against Lucky and Burnham, gotta keep Reilly under heavy pressure so he can't go through his reads properly.

  16. I don't think Fajardo has even finished the last 2 games in Winnipeg.

  17. Cody Fajardo is 2 and 4 against Winnipeg with three straight losses and no td passes or any tds at all in the last three games. 2 td passes and 8 interceptions in those games.

  18. Not that my attitude matters (I too believe the coaches will keep the boys prepared) but I’m not sleeping on any team come playoff time. I’ll never forget the disappointment of the 2001 Grey Cup.

    Preseason Game 1

Just couldn't possibly agree more. I'm excited for the first week or two of the season and the first week or two of the playoffs. Other than that, it's a slog. It's just too many games to keep track of. And I honestly don't like hockey THAT much... Part of what makes football so important and interesting is the limited number of games and relatively short season.

Not to be outdone we have our very own idiot right here in Winnipeg, you continue to show your ignorance every time you mention the holocaust the way this imbecile does, maybe try to be a better person and actually read about the holocaust you waste of space, anyone who frequents this wanna be human being **** food palace is part of the problem

  26. Burnham was not very involved in their last game. I Thought it was my imagination, but the stats say 3 catches on 7 targets. Whitehead is certainly getting plenty of targets.

My music world changed prior to Teen Spirit: I did enjoy the stuff coming out of the PNW though but Nirvana wasn't my preferred band. Soundgarden and Pearl Jam were my favorites with Alice in Chains also being in the mix.

  32. No you see the narrative is that the Bombers haven't had any injuries this year. Because we have depth and can win when guys are out, a foreign concept to a team like the riders, the Bombers just haven't missed anyone important. Honestly if we even had stove back, just the one guy who has missed every game but the first one, the riders are so much less dangerous to the Bombers. His ability to disrupt a run game and then it's all on fajardos noodle arm.

Superunknown was a really big deal for me. Got that from the old BMG Music Club 12 Cd's for a buck program... Ha ha. Spoonman and Black Hole Sun were such a big deal. I eventually discovered Alice In Chains and PJ... All just so so so important for us 90s kids. Again, not as important as The Hip, but it's up there. Green Day and Offspring worth mentioning, too... A really big deal.

Yup. Same here. Soundgarden for me too. 1991 was an incredible year in music.

  36. Me too. Dominate the Riders again and again and again. I would say that the Bombers are in Cody's head but we're so far past that. We're living in his house, drinking his coffee and cuddling with his wife.

100% tho I was more of a Soundgarden guy. Badmotorfinger was a facemelter... but re Nirvana, the late eighties were such a terrible time for popular music. I'll never forget the first time I heard Nevermind at a party and I was like "what, this stuff is popular now?" Everything changed after that.

Al and I have already talked about it on Twitter, but I just recently decided to binge Sorkin's The Newsroom on Crave. Man... I know this doesn't have great reviews but I ******* love this show. It's classic Sorkin writing, a great dramatic turn from Jeff Daniels, and Sam Waterston is a ******* international treasure.... And being in the media, I really got a lot out of their depiction of a cable news outlet. Anyhow, man this is a great show and I'm really sad there's only 25 eps...
