Just a reminder that Perfetti just turned 22 at the start of the year. This is his second full season and third overall. He had 8 goals, 22 assists last year for 30 points in 51 games, is 14-16-30 this year with a quarter season to go (on pace for 19-22-41). Scheifele by comparison at 22 was in his 4th season (2nd full) and had 15 goals, 33 assists, 49 points in a full 82 game season, and in his third year was 13 goals. 21 assists, 34 points in 63 games. So fairly comparable numbers, Scheifele a bit ahead. Way too early to call for a trade IMO.

Of all the quarterbacks outlined in the list above, the one I had particular fondness for was our current offensive coordinator, Buck Pierce. Yes he was on the downside of his career but I still thought he played okay if he wasn't too banged up. He could huck the ball and make plays with his legs. He was filled with heart and intensity. I just enjoyed watching him play. But yeah, he is turning out to be a way better coordinator than he was a QB, even at its prime. Always was and still is a favourite of mine.

Pigrome was ******* awful in Ottawa. He had more than one game where he had multiple turnovers on short-yardage. Don't think the Bombers would sign him, honestly don't think anyone in the CFL will. He's probably headed to arena ball.

yes still remember how we'd start Matt Sheridan and three plays in he'd be lying on the field grasping his leg/groin/whatever and be out of the game already, and I'd just be like "can't we find someone who doesn't get hurt every game to play on the OL?"

Save for the first pick...or 2...our draft strategy has been crap ..and almost pointless in developing a true position depth roster...we need to do a 180 from this ST mindset...any pro can play teams...any draft pick has a good chance at teams..minimal draft picks save from the obvious have a sure path to being productive rotation/depth guys

I also liked the head and shoulders above the rest best QB on that list the most.

Lets just meet in the middle and all agree CK, based on historical facts, needs pretty significant improvement in consistently presenting the best version of himself to others around him.

Trading Perfetti would be incredibly short sighted. They were so patient with Scheifele... They'll do the same with Perfetti.

Kiss this one goodbye....Although we are missing key guys, the scoring effort has been pathetic on the power play.....With Villardi out this team isn't going to win anything....Perfetti getting benched is something Jets should have done awhile ago...I don't know where his game went but it sure wasn't helping the team keeping him in the line-up.....Down 3 zip to Carolina going into the 3rd is going to be a tall order to overcome......

This one made me genuinely laugh out loud! Saw her at a Banjo Bowl while she was pregnant, trying to get through the drunken mob to the elevators on the concourse. As a fat drunk myself, I acted as a plow with her following me to get her to the elevators, while she verbally cleared the way.

Vilardi apparently back here in the peg being reevaluated. Lingering injury. Trade deadline fast approaching. wonder if we make a shocking hockey trade involving Perfetti.
