A friend of mine from Winnipeg is going to the Grey Cup courtesy of Save On Foods. His parents won their GC contest but as they're elderly they can't go so they gave the prize to their son & his wife. Flight, hotel & two tickets to the game all courtesy of Save On Foods.

Today, when signing in to the board, you have the option of using either your Display Name or Email Address. In an upcoming update to the board software, the ability to login with your Display Name is being removed, and you will only be able to login using your email. If you don't know what your email is, you should be able to see it on your profile (Click on your name in the upper right -> Profile). This is a change that is out of my control. In preparation for this update, I will enable only email logins after the Grey Cup. There will be other changes coming when version 5 of the board is actually released, and I will post on those as I get more clarity on a date on when it will actually be released. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns. Also of note, it turns out the board email system wasn't working. I've also fixed this. If you suddenly start getting emails because of topics you follow that you weren't getting before, this is why.

I s**t you not, a few years back that Rider jock sniffer Nye picked against the Bombers every single week for the entire season. The guy is a joke.

Also Mahomes (or any great QB) wouldn’t even complain about his back up being good. Could you imagine Zach whining about Brown doing well and spitting the locker room? Just go out there and play better than your back up Cody!

Most of those defensive plays 30 yards downfield after another bust. Sask’s D cost them a chance to make the Grey Cup and cost them several regular season games. Look at yardage and points against. Not a D that deserves any exceptional recognition.

It's a wildly underrated football movie... So funny. So good. Keanu got offered a PTO with Baltimore after shooting it. He's got a legit arm. Also, Strev is a ****** beauty....

I'm fine with Streveler as our backup for the 2nd half of next year.

I really think that BC can't be picky... they need to move that contract and if Sask or Calgary is willing to take it... I think they have to do it

Maybe this is a good sports city after all. Let’s include the Basketball squad as having a successful year and the Goldeyes that made it to the final series. Good venues all around. We are ok.

I hope this season ends up being fools gold for the Riders. 9-8-1 season mired by a 7 game winless stretch but buoyed by an otherworldly turnover ratio. An aging QB that finally seems to be able to find the end zone (on something like 21% of his drives) but of the 11 games he started, 5 of them were against the 3 teams that missed the playoffs (and were the worst in opponent TD percentage). But you made it to the West Finals! Run it back Kings!

on a different note...i think this is the first yr ever that not a single game will have been played in any snow or minus degree temperature....go figure

I am failing to understand it myself. Literally the worst part of their team was their extremely porous secondary. Teams threw at them because that was the easy path to victory.

It's so funny to me that a good season (I'll even give him very good) from a DB suddenly becomes an MOP season due to media hype... as discussed here before... Jovon Johnson's 2011 season blows Milligan's season out of the water... and he didn't even get a sniff at MOP... Milligan led the league in INTs by a whopping... *checks notes*.... one INT.... was near the top of the league in tackles.... which means teams were not afraid to throw at him.... and a lot of passes got completed against him.... and he dominated on special teams? Oh so he must've had 4 or 5 return TDs?.... oh, just a bunch of tackles.... right... honestly, it's hilarious that a website that labels itself "CFL experts" could be so clueless... no need to bother getting worked up about it EDIT: And they have Milligan as a runner up for the ST award 😆😆🤣🤣
