Well, I suppose it wouldn't be this place without complaining about the roster for one last week this season and blaming every perceived bad decision on Osh...

I wonder if we might see a little more Gabe Wallace. The image of him plowing a guy into the endzone in front of Oliveira last week is burned into my brain

  8. its dust.... I don't care tho what media...rival fans...other team players...pundits say. To me this is a dynasty win or lose....A win would make them an all-time best team in my opinion but a loss still cements it.....In this era of SMS....changes in the game...everything.....this wont be seen again in our lifetimes....if ever. I come from a playing and coaching back ground...and know how hard it is to just keep teams together....let alone keep winning to get to the Cup...and even keeping the support staff and coaches intact is a major feat. To discount anything cause we dropped a couple of them is just hater's hating

  9. Love it man! These really are the best days and all I can do is soak it all in. I lost my grandfather shortly before the 2019 run and we used to watch a lot of games together over the years. I was so sad we couldn’t share that moment together, almost 30 years of watching together without a Bomber Grey Cup win. I’ll never take this journey for granted it’s a one in a life time type of run.

Yes I'm in Vancouver but am not partaking in the festivities dowtown. Retired pension income. So will watch and cheer game on TV and communicate with my Lions friends on facebook. I think the reality of big screen HD at home is not a bad option at this point.

  16. Whoop-de-doo, so Dinwiddie is a bit of an ass kicker, some asses need kicking. Could be why he's led the Argos to a 46-22 record in his tenure and won the GC in his second season as HC. That's pretty damn good compared to most coaches.

I suspect the club runs a lot of 6 OL sets to counter the Argos pass rush. Despite all the turnovers and sacks given up we were in both games with a real shot to win.

I think this is very much our path to victory. The big advantage for Toronto last time was their Dl vs our ol. Run 6 ol with Wallace on a lot more and give zach time to pick apart this secondary. Funny thing is, I’d sub out keric mostly too

The entire game comes down to this... If our OL can't stand up to guys like Ceresna and McManis, it's a lost cause. Zach will be freaking out with no pocket and tossing the ball everywhere but to receivers.

Would love to meet up with some of you guys before the game if there’s a tailgate or pre-game party and/or after the game to celebrate! Anyone sitting near me?

Is mci nicked? not getting Cole on is the biggest risk imo. Samson on is real interesting as well as carrying 3 ni dts in general. weitz isn’t ready for the ar. It’s not awful but it is odd.

Just another reason to get rid of the global designation and convert them to import DI spots. Sheehan would be retained as a DI and Cole could have been added instead of Weitz. I don't quite know what Weitz will bring instead of Karamoko but he's a giant question mark as well.

ZC really leans on Woli too....if he is good to go...and with it being a rib thing he will not be limited with mobility like 3 receivers last yr....whom Mtl hardly paid attention to...and it killed us, then his addition for the gimp Hallett is a no brainer....but only fi he is good to go and they certain he will last the game....If not....Karamoko be a nice addition for Hallett

Yup, we dont need any injured Bighill's or Shoen's this Grey Cup. Go with the healthy guys who got you here.

  43. My desire to see a win can also be described as unhealthy, that's probably the case for most of us here. This isn't just any championship, it's a once in a generation dynasty run not every sports fan gets to experience. A loss is just not an option A common theme here and elsewhere seems to be 'it's not just about the sports, it's about the people you enjoy it with' so win or lose I hope everyone takes a moment to appreciate those around you tomorrow (and here online too... I appreciate yall)

Argos just can't afford to fall behind by too much, too early. it'd likely be their death knell and the start of a 3 hour party for you guys. If I'm O'Shea, I would go after Arbuckle and force him to beat me. I would throw knock-out blow deep routes to Lawler and attempt to make Toronto chase me on the scoreline. Force the Argos to go one dimensional with their offence. I just don't see how we'd be able to be in any sort of shootout and have a good chance at winning. Argos need to weather the storm. Argos need to grind out drives and eat up time of possession. Argos need to tilt the field with their punt/kick/return advantages. Defenders and specialists need to steal the ball and hopefully factor in the scoring. Unsettle Collaros, get after him and disrupt his timer. Wear them down and create a situation where our 3 running backs can see the game out for us in the late game. It's a lot. But we don't have our main man available so as I said before... the margin for error is mercilessly small.
