Jarious Jackson eases my mind a bit. I'm worried about Coach J calling games but I think Jackson will help in that regard. It's a good safety net.

Big difference for me - getting through the first round is a big psychological boost and helps build momentum. I think the Jets have a much better chance to get to the second round playing someone like St. Louis, just my opinion. Also, was hoping that Dallas and Colorado would beat the crap out of each other and go to seven games, hopefully with a lot of long OT games too, but we will see. The Canucks for the Sedin years were number 1 in the NHL several times and yet kept choking in the first round. In 2011 they almost blew a 3-1 series lead but were able to get by the Blackhawks in round one, and then they started rolling all the way to the finals. Getting through the first round is huge.

I’m actually excited since I think he’s a square peg square hole guy. I feel he will use the run game more than Buck did. And that’s a good thing with Brady Logan Demski and others.

The 3rd period looked like the last time St. Louis was in Winnipeg...except maybe not having as much trouble putting the puck behind Bing as they did Hofer. We should get Gabe back around Game 4. That should really help the PP and give Arnie something to think about regarding where Gabe plays. I imagine if we are up 3-0, they might choose to rest him some more? Let's hope Dallas wins a game or two.

We do, and he's an excellent wr. He went 40 or more yards twice all of last year. If he played on a better team he would probably be considered more frequently to be among the top tier of wrs in the cfl. But if he did, he would not get 125-150 targets a year. 75 out of 125 - 95-150 aren't great catch rates up here.

Pretty wild game. Glad the Jets were able to have a dominant 3rd and pull out the win. Not that losing that game would have been the end, but it could allow the mind to wander and have the demons of playoffs past, come creeping in. Now…. That one’s under the belt…… LFG.

It sounds like being a Bomber/Jet fan is just one huge ordeal after another for you. Why would you be terrified of 2 teams we may not play? At some point, you have to have faith in your team's ability to win. Just like if the Jets get eliminated at some point. yeah I'll be pissed off but I won't lose any sleep over it. Same with the Bombers. Three Grey Cup losses in a row. The last one was just as bad as the two previous. I don't care if we lost by one or 100. Was I pissed off? Sure, for a couple of days after each loss, maybe. But, there was Xmas coming & the holidays to get ready for so it wasn't worth dwelling on. Life goes on. What difference does it make if we play them now or in the next round?

The problem we have in assessing the performances of someone like Hubert is that a) we don't know all the factors and b) we are faced with the seemingly arbitrary choices made by O'Shea defying all logic.
