The City of Winnipeg has lost the legal battle against the Manitoba Homebuilder's Association regarding Growth Fees. City now required to refund over $30m in fees to homebuilders in emerging areas collected since '17 and the interest collected in that time.

Why can't they still have a full season? 🤔 Do half year in peg and when it gets cold move to Vanc for rest. Not that I think there will be a season without paying fans. Just not enuf TSN monies.
