Winnipeg, MB - The Winnipeg Jets Hockey Club today announced their roster for the 2017 Rookie Camp that will attend the 2017 Young Stars Classic in Penticton, B.C. from Sept. 7-11. The group playing in Penticton will be on the ice together for the first time at Bell MTS Iceplex on Sept. 7, at 12:30 pm. Players suiting up for the Winnipeg Jets in this year's Young Stars Classic include event veterans Mikhail Berdin, Jansen Harkins, Jamie Phillips, Michael Spacek, Jordy Stallard, and Logan Stanley, along with two of Winnipeg's 2017 NHL Draft selections, Leon Gawanke and Skyler McKenzie, who are participating in their first-ever Young Stars Classic. Broadcast partner TSN 1290 will carry all three Jets games from the Young Stars Classic, called by the radio play-by-play voices of the Jets, Dennis Beyak and Paul Edmonds. Fans can watch the games online live on WinnipegJets.com, featuring Brian Munz. The Jets' website is the home for game recaps, interviews, and exclusive coverage from JetsTV during the Young Stars Classic. This season marks the sixth time the Winnipeg Jets are taking part in the Young Stars Classic, hosted by the Vancouver Canucks. The Jets have participated since their inaugural season in 2011-12, while the tournament was cancelled in 2012 due to the NHL's work stoppage. Smail was taken off the ice in a daze, surprised he didn't break his neck! The Jets I think were down a man and they sent Jimmy out to help kill the Pitts pp? I knew something was about to come down the pipe and it was 2 shots. I don't think he ever played in Winnipeg again and the fans booed when it was announced he was not starting the next time Pitts played here.

I still think the speech by Ben at the beginning is the best part of the movie. The Keaton/Kilmer/Clooney films were tongue in cheek so none should be considered but Clooney would have made a great Batman if the film was serious. Schu's first film with Kilmer was up to par with the Burton ones. Bale films are pretty close to the best we will ever get as they had the most realism.

I thought the bigger story was the Joker origin movie would be set in 80s. As for The Batman i wonder if they will clarify it as a prequel.

Normally when we see a speech like this the leader takes out a gun and fires shots in the air to close it out.
