I went to the 2018 cup in Edmonton with 16 buddies from work and needless to say it was a mess. When the bombers clinched a spot in the cup in 2019 I knew it would be special and I needed tickets. My son was 8 at the time and I knew I needed to take him because he would watch the games with me but you could tell he was doing it just to make me happy. My wife was very against this idea after hearing a few of the stories from the year before and was very clear i should go but that he wasn’t allowed to come. The next day she was at work and I said screw it and bought him and I tickets and planned my trip out and she was clearly not happy with me. My buddy(I watch every game with him) had bought a motor home a month before from a dealership in Calgary and was scheduled to fly in on the Friday to pick it up and then drive home. He obviously wanted to change his plans and get tickets to spend the weekend and go to the game. The problem was that his wife was over 9 months pregnant and he didn’t want to leave her at home 8 hours away in case she went into labour. I offered to drive her to Calgary so he could be there potentially for his kids birth and catch the game too! We took part in all the festivities leading up to the cup and myself and my boy had a weekend I will never forget. The day of the cup was incredibly nerve racking and I fought back emotions all day. We went super early to McMahon and soaked in every minute we could. I honestly can’t describe how special it was to be there with my son and when the bombers rushed the field to celebrate I looked over at my son and he was absolutely bawling. I lost control of myself and we were screaming and crying with all the other fans. Since that day, he has been a passionate and loyal fan. (my wife later told me that she was so glad I didn’t listen to her and took him)

I really liked them saying edem’s headshot was a clean hit but apparently there was a viscous headshot on Fajardo that they are crying about

I wouldn’t be surprised to see him get fired in the next couple days if they don’t win this game

Riley Marra is a genius with his videos and social media work. That was my son crying in the video from the 2019 cup. Still goes down as the greatest day of my life to have been there live with my boy.

I completely agree. Through my work I’ve also done a pile of urinalysis tests and when they “can’t pee” or just straight up refuse it’s because they have something real bad in their system that they don’t want to be shown in the results. I shook my head when I read the reports on Leonard and listened to Dickenson and the fans defend him. He withheld the sample because he knows what’s in his system. It’s obviously something that would have ruined him far worse than just claiming he couldn’t pee. The end result is the same as far as punishment but his secret stays safe.

I have watched a replay of the cup at least 3 times a week since the covid started and I can’t help but get choked up every time. I was lucky enough to be able to watch the game live in Calgary with my 8 year old boy. We went on an epic road trip and it was the greatest weekend we will ever have. My son lost control of all emotions at the end of the game and was literally bawling. I ended up breaking down too because I realized right then that I had solidified him as a bomber fan for life. I still have to convince myself that a)they won the cup and b) I was there live with my boy

I bought 2 tickets off of Kijiji for $500 and the year were regular price for around $900. My wife was initially pissed off but my 8 year old son is coming with me. Her tune changed when she saw the tears form in his eyes when he found out we were going on a road trip for the game. Myself and my family have been lucky enough to do a pile of traveling and he said this will be the best trip ever.

1)Streveler was a warrior that we haven’t seen the likes of in a very long times.
