Yeah, I’m not too upset about the two 2nds… Maybe a 1st and a 5th. Barron doesn’t seem like much… he’s a big kid, I guess. We’ll see how it plays out. Copp needed to be moved.

NYR is apparently another possibility. Montreal is covering 50% of Lehkonen’s salary, so maybe Colorado still has some room? Never mind, I see they just grabbed Cogliano.

There are definitely some players that are weaker defensively, but the D core was fortified and we’re still giving up too many goals and too many high quality chances. The system needs to change.

Poganski was put on waivers, so that could be a sign that Ehlers might be in the lineup tomorrow.

Refs now deciding not to call anything? Seriously, all players, coaches, fans want is goddamn consistency. And every game it’s a constantly moving target. The NHL needs to crack down on this crap… It’s having a major negative affect on their product.
