Terrible call. Scheifele had no intent and nowhere to go. Just because the goalie got hurt, doesn’t mean it’s a penalty.

Is anyone truly expecting a change in game plan or varied play calling from either of our coordinators? I'm hoping to at least see some new wrinkles, but I’m not betting on it.

Connor-Scheifele-Laine Ehlers-Wheeler-Roslovic Copp-Lowry-Perreault Luoto-Gustafsson-Shaw I kind of like these lines. Wheeler will have to be more on top of his defensive responsibilities playing C, which may be a good thing, and it separates him and Scheifele, which a lot of us have wanted. Doubt the 4th line sees more than 5 minutes.

Vertigo is not too surprising, given the perforated eardrum. His equilibrium would be all out of whack.

I figured there was more to the story, when he was transferred to HSC. Feel bad for Little, obviously, but Ehlers too... He must feel terrible.
