Let’s relax. They had some very sub par games and it was brought up. It mostly had to do with their D zone game. Pretty sure they were both -5 in a 2 game span. That’s not good. We know they are gifted offensively. That was a good period. Jets were fast and aggressive.

That's what I was thinking. I've always liked Petan, but he's just not going to crack our lineup, on a consistent basis, and a 1st round pick is the going rate, for top end rentals. I just feel like Stanley might make something of himself... He's only 20 years old. We'd essentially be giving Ottawa 2 1st rounders and a 2nd, for Duchene. That's a high price.

Absolute disaster in our own end. PK might as well have not taken the ice on their 2nd power play. They allowed a ridiculous amount of space. Poor Helle is going to have PTSD.

Have to agree. Top guys were not good. 4th line was probably our best and they were rewarded with 7 minutes of ice.
