Ok... so what does this have to do with Anastasios Tsonis?

He is drawing a parallel between the science of Global warming and the science of evolution- the fact that both hold the same degree of scientific support yet only one is constantly being questioned

Bomber News: 2019 Off Season
I think Lankford's value lies in his versatility- he can do a lot. Plus IIRC, he does know all the receiver positions and can plug into any position there- I don't think any other receiver has that versatility. I feel that he is a jack-of-all-trades player and not a specialist.

SOrry- I need a road map, would you be so kind as providing me with a roadmap please? In your own words please and not some ambiguous statement followed by a quote with zero explanation.

The Environment Thread
Ok Morpheus, open my eyes- what is it all about? "subject to continuing refinement as new areas of science emerge or as new technologies enable observations and experiments that were not possible previously." Refinement... not doing a 180 and suddenly subscribing to the fact "Oh, snap Gravity is not real- it's pixie dust and magic that keep us from flinging out into space." I no one mentioned anything about the Bible or Adam and Eve. Just that there is no scientific consensus about evolution yet- it is a pretty rock solid- hence the comparison. Also, you lament the furthering of the divide- yet you share Mark Shouldice videos. That kinda undermines the sincerity of your desire not to further the divide.

The Gender Pay Gap
So the Mark Shouldice video was your attempt at humour? I apologize- I didn't pick up on that as being a joke- thought you were serious. My post was a cartoon- I thought was automatically grounds for discounting it as "good fun" and not to be taken seriously... Again... cartoon... Then don't include them in the same paragraph and no one is going to make that mistake. I am bright- just not a mind reader. Sorry...Sorry... I should have wrote "PERCEIVED LEFTIST POSITION" damn- you are all over that one like a fat kid on a chocolate bar. Sanctimonious? Dude, you are the one who started this whole thread, derailed it, and brought it back- and keep hammering the "non-existent" pay gap. I'm not sure what you want from this thread? To be convinced otherwise? To be reassured on your position? Convince others? If you are looking to change your mind (Like you said you were open to)- then go ahead and do it yourself. No one else is going to change it for you.

The Gender Pay Gap
Firstly, I am kidding- I am not really going to throat punch anyone. Nor do I want to kill anyone (sheesh, can't believe this needs clarification). I don't think I really ever call forth for civil discourse and namby-pamby hugging it out like you want- not my thing. So, what I post is an accurate reflection of me as long as you take it in jest. You however claim to try and bridge the divide and such stuff yet post inflammatory rhetoric filled videos which undermines your sincerity at wanting civil discourse and namby-pamby hugging it out. You post that mark shouldice **** and don't expect a "triggered response"? I don't buy it- your not a ******* moron, you are pretty bright. Also, it doesn't question societal truths (for a good debate or questioning of liberal ideal- check out ben shapiro, he's good) MArk just denigrates, makes fun of and basically shits all over stuff- that is not questioning societal "truths"- that is just taking a dump on the left position- that's all that guy is good for- spewing verbal diarrhea on leftist ideal. Gender pay gap - does it exist? I say yes. Change your mind? Ain't gonna happen- when have you ever been swayed to a leftist position? Only you can change your mind if you are open to it- you have the tools for it, if you really want to educate yourself on the topic, you can.

I think I will side with #33 on this one and give an FU to Mark Shouldice. You should do a bit of research on Mark... he's a bit of a travelling snake oil salesman... Plus, nothing he says is really original, it's all a rehash from other alt-right youboobers. Just check out when he is releasing his material- it's almost always after someone else has posted the talking points. Plus, you make it a point to be civilized and denounce hate, yet you post this ****? It's like if I were to denounce racism and make it a point to be civilized and then post a Charlottesville video with pro-alt right view point.... I don't understand, do you not see how gleefully hateful and intolerant Mark Shouldice is? What you post to share with us, reflects on you. If Shouldice is someone that reflects who you are, then ok... keep it up, that is your prerogative..- The Environment Thread
Agreed. We do need to cut back. and just to make changes as well. Manitoba cars for example- start a incentive program that cuts the difference in price between an electric car and a combustible engine one. We are ahead a step because most of our electricity here in Manitoba is renewable. Build greener houses. With government incentives as well or just start requiring new houses to be made more greener. Farming can be done while cutting back on hydrocarbons. There are plenty of viable alternatives to nitrogen fertilizers. Also, when breeding plants (and animals) - place more focus on nutrition density as well as on yield. Too much breeding has been to emphasis yield over nutrition density. All children should know about pulling weeds, butcher chickens and gather potatoes. We've created a disconnect with our food and where it comes from - we need to learn again how to feed ourselves. Well, perhaps create recycling station (that actually recycles) in each major city and do things in house. All the above requires education, money and political will... we don't have the final word on any of that- but we can start the conversation and steer it in the direction we want.- The Environment Thread
Or: - we can teach our children about waste, energy consumption, recycling and repurposing things. - Elect government officials that have a solution in mind and advocate a green shift. - Educate. Everyone. - control the things you can- swap out light bulbs, car pool, use automobiles more effectively. If you can afford a small wind turbine or solar cell, get them. - demand laws that enable a green shift- The CARB law in California (which was rolled back ) that required a percentage of new vehicles produced be carbon neutral. - a few well placed enterating Memes.- Around the League: 2019 Off Season
