There were plenty of fans on the way out of the stadium complaining about how the missed called on Jeffcoat cost them the game. They had 100 yards passing all night, but magically, they were going to complete a 50 yarder on the last play of the game. The argument from one guy, 'there might have been a PI penalty on the hail Mary' . Just delusional some of them. Had a good chat with a level headed fan on the bus though. He congratulated us, and said the reason they lost was they couldn't stop Harris. Some are good, but there will always be whiners!

I don't want to see any of this, unless it's up big in the 4th quarter on November 25th.

I don't think there's ever a question of Perreault's desire in game.... but when you don't get enough time, and can't build that chemistry, its tough. It's also a very deep lineup. You're not going to swap Matty for Little as second line centre, and dropping Connor or Ehlers to 3rd-4th line would be tough to do. The only real way to make it happen would be to have Perreault - Rosolovic - Laine third line. Then it's debatable if Ehlers - Little - ?? wouldn't actually be your 3rd - 4th line. Lots of talent... good problem to have. They're one injury away from everything juggling. Knock on wood.

Jones isn't dumb.... he sounds stupid, often, but he's not a dumb coach!

after ripping off a 40 yard run on his last play, and trotting off the field in triump.... there's no way anyone would have bought that! 😉

I believe it's 3.5 per, and he knows he's better than a 4th line player. It's demoralizing to a guy with that kind of talent to be buried down the lineup.

but to be fair... it's probably hard for him to get engaged and in the flow of things when he's only getting 5 minutes of ice time a night!

have the Riders signed Kerry Joseph yet, or is that going to be tomorrow's news?

Not sticking up for anyone... I've been on the Ticketmaster site several times since buying my tickets on Sunday.. I'm pretty sure, because I didnt count the number of tickets still available, but if I was to guess, I'd say 1000-1500. Quick math: capacity less even say 3000 tickets is still more than we had last year. That 27K surprised me too, I thought we had more there last year!

just stating facts. I was at the game last year, and it was still friggin loud! Going to the game this weekend, and would expect it to be louder. So yes... True Blue.

at the time, absolutely Nichols should have been sat down... he was awful Mid-August to Mid-September. It's amazing what a bye week can do though. He's been fairly solid since, with no turnovers!

pretty sure they've already sold more tickets than we had total attendance last year.... so your claim is pretty empty itself!

I've talked to several Riders fans / customers this week, some are season ticket holders, and some just aren't thrilled about sitting in the Cold. Poor excuse, but that's keeping some away for sure!

Sweet... we're in Row 21. Should be pretty easy to figure out who we are! There will be 3 Blue jerseys, and since my sister needed a place to stay, a Green along with us! Will have to grab a pop at halftime!

what section did you guys snag seats in? I'm Upper Deck in 635. Seemed like the seats with the best view of the field for a reasonable price. The day after I bought them, the rest of the tickets in the section were snagged up, and went up for Re-Sale at double the price.

"Hey, is this where all the dicks hang out??" The league will honour Remembrance Day for sure. I'd be surprised if there isn't a veteran of some sort doing the coin toss, and you'd have to think there will be a flyover after the anthem. If anything, this creates more of a platform to honour the vets. The CFL has played playoff games on Sundays forever, why would they change now??

would Perreault be joining that line?? Laine needs a setup man, and I think they need to give Mathieu some more opportunity to be that guy!

Who's all heading out? Are there any tailgate parties planned, or meeting spot/bar lined up? I'm leaving early Sunday hoping to get there by about 1.... would be great to meet up with some fellow fans!
