  1. Ottawa will be getting to the point soon where they better start winning. I see the Bombers winning but I believe Ottawa is going to show up and play hard. I wouldn't take them lightly
  2. I don't like a lot of the stupid things he does. I give him a lot of leeway however on what is being said out there, he gets trash talked by everyone. I have no issue with him giving it back.
  3. You could point them out. But they were all sold. I figured you probably would be busy running a fire extinguisher theses days
  4. I noticed that. Poor clock management. I think they just figured it was over, they kind of mailed one in. It was the perfect storm
  5. Once you have had a few thousand of them it will grow on you.
  6. First of all, that Pilsner is dam good stuff. The calls in the last 3 minutes seem to really be big, those are the ones I mean. As far as the Riders, they have to face the music, as does Jones. As much as I enjoyed watching Durant lose, as a divisional rival would have been nice to see the Bombers lose instead
  7. I'll be at every game like I always am. Uphill climb for us by looks of it. We must win Saturday
  8. You are right, Montreal put themselves in a bad spot. The reffing has been a joke all year, so this is what happens
  9. Fined yes. But they ignored it on the field. A call there would have maybe changed things in that game. Don't kid yourselves, the Bombers have been on the right side of every major call this year. Even on the Nichols dive when Montreal was trying to challenge it, you could hear Bradbury basically telling Chaps it was a penalty anyways. For the record, I don't hate the Bombers, but was upset last night because that win for you drove a nail into the Riders, and it shouldn't have happened
  10. 2 BS roughing the passer calls. Final td. Hey enjoy it, you won. The ruling on the field stands
  11. Be sure to send Christmas cards to the refs for this one
  12. O'Shea is on the field as much as Wally, does that count?
  13. I agree. push it to the limit. I hope to see our receivers falling down on every play from now on too. Make a joke out of it and the league will have to do something about it. Have a receiver that is the third or fourth read just run into someone
  14. I know you guys don't like Jones, but it was about time someone said it out loud. Bowman does it all the time, runs right at the db until contact is made.
  15. The bend but don't break gives up a lot of yards. It has yielded a lot of INT's for you guys too. Halls not here and I don't think you get all those turnovers
  16. Lots of discussion about O'shea. How long does he get to deliver a cup win? Serious question. I'm always a right wing fan and I want Jones fired this year if things don't turn around. I'd love to hear your opinions on this. Is being respectable good enough? Does your record have to be 11-7 or better? For the record, I like MOS as a coach.
  17. They have not been as good as they have been in the past that's for sure. I honestly don't think Dickensen is as good a coach as Huff. But when they get Messam going, they are a handful. And still dangerous. BC has had struggles with their OLine being horrible at times but they find a way to win. Edmonton also has been sloppy, a better team than the Cats would have beat them last week. Esks are missing Walker and with Bowman out too they looked very beatable last week. BUT, with game on the line Reilly got it done'''''' I still see them as the 3 best teams right now
  18. True. Fortunate doesn't mean much though, a loss is a loss. A small glimmer of hope was Glenn coming out in third quarter and playing well. I expected him to do what he usually does in those situations, turtle and turn the ball over. Jones punting with 6 minutes left was yet another coaching blunder, we were running out of time and couldn't afford that. That game summed up where we are at, not where we need to be. Could be a long rest of the season. Guess we will see where we go from here. Outside of Edm, Calgary and BC, no one has looked consistently good so things may still work out.
  19. Lots of that going around these days. Good post
  20. Always tougher to win on the road is the reason. Of course anyone can win at any time, but based on how good Lulay was last week, I just thought he would carry that over in a friendly environment for him.
  21. When did I say the Bombers were going to get smoked? I didn't think you would win because game was in BC but generally thought it would be fairly close.
  22. Both are loses. You either win or you don't. It was nice for someone else's team to get to have a backbreaking int late in game and then have their kicker blow a big kick when it mattered most. That's usually how we lose. I feel better about losing to Stamps than I did about losing to Montreal that's for sure.
  23. He's not in Kansas anymore and I didn't like watching Hughes going around him like a pylon out there. I'll calm down when we start playing better. That game was a huge opportunity to get into the hunt for a playoff spot. Potential and excuses only go so far, at some point you have to win a game no one thought you could win. That's what good teams do.
  24. Tough loss guys. I'm here to take my lumps. Really disappointed that we started that slow, we had a good second half but you just can't win when you basically do f-all the whole first half. Not being ready to play when the game started is on Jones. Not running the ball to slow up the ferocious pass rush is macadolittle. Out coached again
  25. When is the last time Medlock has thrown a pass? I have a hard time believing out of the blue he just figured that was a good time to try it
