Honest to Christ, I just had a riders jabronie tell me no more than 5 minutes ago they have a better record than the east first place team. -

I want the the Stamps to stomp the green sons of b's. But I'd like to see BLM concussed so his brain slides out of his ears. Messam receiving a broken ankle and out for the year. Then Glenn sacked receiving a broken throwing arm, so that it needs to be reattached and in the same play his head twisted around like he's possessed. And then Gainey gets caught getting it on with a Gainer so he gets run out of the country. A colossal massive fire taking out downtown Regina would also be nice. Then we scoop up first place and win the WF by 38 points and play the Red Blacks in the GC. -
Thomas Miles on McDuffie play made me ask. "Who is this guy, #52?" Turns out he's listed at LBr and from U of M. Had no idea he even existed. There are three guys that have stood out with plays in special teams at times during this year. Miles, Miller and Rush.

Als @ Argos: Matthew Schiltz Time In MTL Now?

Jayzuz. Wilder is a beast! -
I'm pretty sure that the screaming when getting a first down has something to do with Lankford not doing anything at all.

Wolitarsky does practice. He has the physical tools and skills. He is noticeable and fun to watch.

TB4...absolutely superb Cactus channeling! Great initiative!

Jon Gruden. The best for me. Hopefully Sam Giguere gets a colour job when his playing days are done.

https://mobile.twitter.com/ThorpeTj?ref_src=twsrc^google|twcamp^serp|twgr^author According to TJ Thorpe twitter feed, he's either pissed off that no one gave him dryer sheets three days ago, or he feels like a caged bird.

Maybe Thorpe was believing all the hype on his abilities over Lankford on this board and decided to move on. This is your fault MBB participants! Lol

A couple of weeks ago Matt Dunigan referred to qb's and players as professional rehabbers. I took that statement as Matty's acceptance of QB injuries as being part of the job.

CFL No Contact Practices Good Or Bad For League?
Rod Black replied to USABomberfan's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
Back to the no pads no contact at practice issue. If in a few years the league decides to return to contact practices, the answer that today's decision was good or bad, will be your answer. Right now, it is a decision and the stakeholders appear to be in agreement. Can we start a new thread on the issue of Ryan Lankford being in the game day line up? Or has no one any opinion on him playing in games? -
CFL No Contact Practices Good Or Bad For League?
Rod Black replied to USABomberfan's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
Why do all Blue Bomber quarterbacks during practice wear yellow jersey's while every other player wears white or blue? With multi million dollars of damages at stake what can the CFL say when asked about mitigating concussions, if they don't institute a policy and agreement of no contact during practices? "Well we couldn't have no contact during practice because it's not like a game." Then a legit question from across the room, "you don't let qb's get contacted during practice, do you?" -
CFL No Contact Practices Good Or Bad For League?
Rod Black replied to USABomberfan's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
The Blue Bomber practices that I've attended this year, not one had full contact or pads. The Blue squad is remarkably healthy this year. It was by design not to practice with pads or contact. When I reported that, SF27 said "it's a good idea in theory". Ambrosie as an ex-player, must be easily sold on the idea as this decision is early in his career as Commissioner. Naturally the CFLPA is onboard. Team managements must be on board as well, thinking how much they will save on injuries and injury replacements. No team makes money by having full contact during practice. Fans should see a higher level of talent because there will be fewer star players missing games due to injury. -

#29 Walker was on the field practicing today with the rest of the squad. Excellent late summer weather. Players used no pads and no contact. Quick paced drills. Magnificent one hand catch drill were #33, #7,#5, and #1 caught my eye. Crew was vocal and loose. #23 was waving his hands around and pointy pointing a lot. Looks like a leader. #83 catches everything. #9, booted several 55 yard fg's, with room to spare. #2 was doing the holding. #80 looks like a hell of a talent. Big, smooth routes, soft hands. Several occasions the house noise was turned up to way past comfortable. Did not see ...#16.
