Sorry to make you sick (No I’m not. Who am I trying to kid). By golly you can think or hope whatever you like and rationalize it. These are not the days of Clements Hufnagel. Though I am glad Streveler stepped in and performed we have had others do the same (Elliott?) and win player of the week but the coach got whacked anyway. Or that’s how I remember it. The young fella Streveler has a long way to go to be involved in a qb controversy. At least a controversy that goof ball Suitor is trying to embellish. As usual, most things Suitor says are garbage.

Even better. So who wins the next cup of the two? Nichols is the guy reasonably seasoned CFL coaches would be going with. Basing that view with Nichols winning record and this years record, a lot of fans agree. No need for a manufactured qb controversy.

Don’t include me as one of the fans that have a sense of hope with Steveler. Do you honestly expect that Streveler will win a Grey Cup before the venerable BLM?

3rd and 1. You need to read this and understand that this board is not about your favourite team. Your disingenuous with your comments about only wanting to talk about football. Most of your posts are about SK related opinions. Most folks here don’t care about that squad. This is a Winnipeg Blue Bomber fan forum.

Regular Season Bomber News & Discussion
Rod Black replied to BigBlue's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
Fantastic initiative by the qb’s and coaches! Memories that should last a lIfetime for all the participating youngsters. -
And blaming the refs for a 13th man as well......
-
That makes sense if both parties agree he would have been on the 6 game IR.

When did “games we should have won”, become a statistic in the standings?

It’s all good man!

As a competing fan. You can see greatness coming

She only wants to talk about football if the topic somehow somewhere in the post includes or references the SK squad. It’s disingenuous. -
3 stars plus hh tigernaughts sack party
Rod Black replied to wbbfan's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
Uno, Demski, great returns and an offensive TD. Dos, Bighill, ran the bomber defence from the tiger cat backfield. Tres, Medlock, incredible punts, net zero returns. Happy Honker, Harris, cause he got two 1st downs by free will. One on a 29 yard run, another on a catch at scrimmage and cats were just bouncing off him for 18 yards, AND ANOTHER WINNIPEG FIRST DOWN! -
Not as dramatic. He’s culpable enough to have obtained a criminal charge and creating a victim. It is arguably even worse for him to have nonconsensually initiate and posess a video of a woman with all her junk exposed. There is absolutely no reason to have recorded her. He wants family videos for the wedding? The update does clarify a beef so we dont have to let our imaginations run wild.

That’s funny. That will be his defence. That he’s sick and can’t control himself. The victim was an ex. He’ll go for counselling. Apologize. He didn’t mean to hurt anyone. What the honest to goodness scary aspect of the charge is: he was watching an unsuspecting and vulnerable someone, using his primal urges, and got caught. The person being watced must have seen this oversized, muscular, physically fit criminal, intently watching and enjoying himself. That must be horrifying in a real sense to have caught the creep. Without exception, a female has no way of defending herself against the lecherous beast.

Peterman has been impressive since the preseason games.

One player from offence, one defence, one special teams, one turnover. 1. Demski, because of points. 2. JSK, because of stats. 3. Miller, because Of his impact on ST. HH. Dresser. Because he’s sly. Last week Harris was featured. This week, Demski stood out. Previously Streveler. The individual performance’s are remarkable. Is designing plays for different players and his execution part of a greater strategy which doesn’t allow opposing teams later in the year an opportunity to plan an adequate defensive strategy for more important games?
-
I understand his folks are loaded so he doesn’t have much to worry about in terms of living a comfortable life. Your right about TSN showing him 900 times on the sidelines, warming up, putting his helmet on, taking his helmet off, looking at the plays on his arm. They missed him grunting pinching a loaf. Saving that for next week. However, maybe the Als will have his salary paid by tshirt sales!

No more than 5 minutes ago I was involved in a conversation on this exact topic, and not win the most important game for them in 5 years. There was 8 of us and we all agreed that Saskatoon should get the odd football game. We also unanimously agreed that Regina is a dump, the stadium is a toilet seat, the fans are bums, and the coach is an idiot. When was the last time 8 drinking guys could agree on anything? IT MUST BE BECAUSE IT IS SO OBVIOUS,

Weston Dressler - Is he stil relevant?
Rod Black replied to B-F-F-C's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
The elf on the shelf affects you too eh? -
There is a huge difference between laughing at Collaros for getting hurt and laughing at the rivals from the stink pit known as Regina. I did not read anyone pointing out glee that ZC was hurt. Would you please quote the note that troubles you? You figger it’s a “group” problem. We’ll see if the “group” agrees with you.

You are on to something. The PA gets squat (dues), in theory, from allowing non members to participate. Management is dissatisfied with the results vs monetary cost and time. Very slick on Ambrosie to get a win win agreement.

Very smart statement by J. jones.

Will Streveler Be Our James Franklin?
Rod Black replied to USABomberfan's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
Barring further injuries, yada,...we have an arguably elite #1 qb for two more years. We have what appears to be a #2 guy, as would be what was worked towards by management. #3 is chasing #2, in my view, and that is a more realistic competition. I’d guess MOS is happy with the situation, can spend his time working on his priorities, and is a long ways off from dealing with a good problem, which they planned. It’s great when a plan comes together. I recall Clements, #1, Hufnagel #2 combo was well understood and less controversial than today. It was the depth at qb in 84 that was one of the components to a most successful year.
