That’s an awful lot of nonsense you’ve supposedly written. You too can be glad we live in a country that you can waste time composing this ...whatever it is.

What a stupid comment. Using the SSK organization as a role model that the Winnipeg Blue Bombers should be following would embarrass our fans and franchise.

Seems the D wilted later in the game, like last years WSF game only as a visiting team. This year we hosted a playoff game. If the trend is to continue to improve year over year, we win a playoff game next year, getting the team closer to the cup. The way we finished the season, todays result might not be a surprise, but it is disappointing.

Should this regime be on the hot seat?

Depicting Walters and others as a regime leaves me glad we live in a country that a guy can waste significant time on a dogmerde thread without consequence. -

Leo's @ Bombers: Nail In Buono's Coffin Edition
Rod Black replied to USABomberfan's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
After a quick web search, The test, still in its infancy, determines proteins, enzymes and whoremoans. Personally, it would be tough for me to identify a protein or enzyme, but I have heard a whoremoan. -
Seems to me the second and third string qb’s salary are significantly less than the first stringer. In a sport that is pay for performance, it shouldn’t surprise they can’t perform like number 1. Fans seem to need to blame someone. I’ll blame Davis, Lafevour, (the needed to step up) and the db giving up on the TD pass (at least run to the ball like anything could happen). In the post game show, Doug Brown ripped the Defence as maybe the guys that were all stars aren’t as good as we thought, or the schemes aren’t made for these guys, or both.

Should this regime be on the hot seat?

Don’t think expecting this group of management to continue to improve is a bad thing. An improvement to the Bombers standings with a new group is more difficult than to stay with these guys. The on field product is better than it has been. The Bombers organization is headed in the right direction with a consistently profitable franchise. Overall, the bombers are in the top half of franchise health. -

It’s entirely possible that Buono may decide he wants to take baby steps to the door, moving away from all his responsibilities with the Lions. Braley doing him in, whacking him, nailing his coffin, pulling the trigger, all seems excessive for Wally’s future. He will be the one to decide if he takes the third down plunge or to punt, IMO. -

I have a very hard time thinking that Pasquale Buono is going to be deep-sided by the Lions organization. He’s also VP of Ops. and GM. He has for such a very long time been largely responsible for the success of the franchise. A year like this doesn’t/shouldn’t do him in, IMO. -

Sumpin doesn't seem factual correct about the Carter ****** bag moron episode of today. I'm thinking its a hoax as in attention seeking behaviour. -

Mike, if you you know of a website, blog or forum that could be accessed through this site, and somehow could get that link to provide for Heffer, that would be great. Know anyone? -

Right. WCB covers a portion of wage replacement while disabked due to a workplace injury. It doesn't provide life long benefits forever. It will retrain employees if they are unable to perform. It will provide ongoing benefit for a lost digit, limb, hearing or eye, etc. Contract workers have an injury stipulation for the most part. Both parties to a contract don't want injuries. The problem I see is if the WCB, a different jurisdiction for each province, may decide what to cover and not cover. For the WCB to cover injuries and illnesses arising from employment, they want the authority to stipulate and enforce best practices. Imagine, do you want the WCB to outlaw a Quaterback sack? Outlaw tackles? Because when the WCB creates the rules, teams are on the hook and fined for safety violations, not the players or referees. -

I'm guessing the league doesn't want you to know how the Richardson Manziel decisions were made. Similar to how you don't want to know how sausage is made. -
So Thorpe has gone. Here's my theory on why he asked to be released. TJ jumped Mike O'Shea in the locker room. Mike flipped him then gave him a kick to the neck and a chop to the temple. Then a large number of Bombers biggest baddest players stood behind MOS and MOS declares to Thorpe, "so punk, how many players support me? Is it five, or six? "
