You all need to apologize to Paul LaPolice.

And the nitpicking continues. Nobody said 6/14 is good, BTW. He did make plays and help move the offense, though. That's the point seemingly lost on a handful in this thread who choose to **** all over Adams. Rather than look at what he didn't do, look at what he did do and see its importance. -

As someone who lives in the NK/EK area, I can say without a doubt getting to/from and in/out of IGF is a joy compared to the first few seasons. It's night and day now and I couldn't be more pleased with the improvement. The whiners and bellyachers can get ****** AFAIC. -

What other numbers do you suggest I use? If you can find more "useful" statistics please share them. I went off of what I was able to find regarding receivers around the league. My point was the criticism of Adams, especially after the last two games he's played, seems awfully nitpicky. The #1 receiver discussion is probably best left for another time*, anyway. He's built some solid chemistry with Collaros and has contributed to the offense's success in moving the ball through the air. * for the record, I don't think he's a #1 receiver but he's a damn good #2 and brings more to the table than not -

I guess you didn't bother looking at any numbers, either. Career reception % Adams: 61.3% Banks: 68.5% Burnham: 66.7% Ellingson: 67.0% Posey: 61.5% Rogers: 64.3% Roosevelt: 66.2% Sinopoli: 73.6% Walker: 65.5% For reference, SJ Green has a 56.4% reception percentage to this point in time. Bowman sits at 61.0% on his career. -

Such a greasy pig move. I guess Hughes had got into the sauce prior to the game. At least he wasn't behind the wheel this time. -

And I'll bet you're still out to lunch. Adams has been the team's best receiver in the playoffs thus far. WSF vs. CGY: 2/6, 105 yards, 1 TD (Of those four incompletions, two were knocked down and one resulted in a penalty that extended the drive.) WF vs. SSK: 4/8, 93 yards (Of those four incompletions, one resulted in a penalty that extended the drive.) Even if those other incompletions are 100% his fault (which is giving your irrational argument the benefit of the doubt), that's four drops. And six completions. Again, I don't understand this dump fest on Adams. Especially when the numbers fly in the face of it. -

What BS. I bet you didn't even bother to look up any actual numbers before spouting that nonsense. 2016 vs. BC: 3/7, 43 yards (Of those two incompletions, two were knocked down and the other two resulted in penalties against the opponent, thus extending the drive.) 2017: didn't play (he was injured in week 17) 2018 vs. SK: 3/5, 29 yards; vs. CGY: 5/9, 64 yards (Adams deserves blame for his drops but you seem to ignore a QB who struggled to move the ball in that game and went 15/32 passing, as well as an OC who didn't put together much of a gameplan.) So, what "several drives" have been killed in the playoffs by Adams' drops? Ridiculous comparison. Adams has established himself in the CFL, so there's no potential for him to show; it's already been realized. Lawler is still in the midst of realizing his, so you're comparison apples and oranges. What a weird time for an unwarranted dump fest considering how well Adams has played since the team addressed the QB position last month. -
If his mobility hasn't been hindered by the injury, I couldn't agree more. Especially having Harris in the backfield.

How is it not a good percentage? The difference between Adams and Bowman is literally less than 8 receptions made for every 100 pass attempts made. That's getting into pretty nitpicky territory, IMO. Consider the fact Bowman had Reilly throwing to him in Edmonton, too. -

That easy schedule narrative is straight up horse turds. Much like how the Stampeders played in the second half two Sundays ago. -

He makes his catches more often than he doesn't. He's got a 62.5% reception percentage since joining the Bombers and his 68.1% this season is a personal best. He's 6-for-14 so far in the playoffs but he's managed 198 yards on those 6 catches. His chemistry with Collaros has been noticeable, so here's hoping they can build off that for the big game. -

Hopefully, Hall and co. put together a solid package to pressure him early on and get him rattled. They can ill afford to let that Ti-Cats' air attack get settled in. -

Those three or so times Streveler was out on first down... did any of them result in a positive net gain? That was some poor decision-making by the offensive coaching staff, particularly later in the game when the offense kept stalling on the second and longs. That BS better not happen next Sunday. I'm all for LaPolice mixing up the playbook and keeping the opposition on its toes, but yesterday's CS17 Package seemed way too predictable. -

The fawning over the supposed team of destiny has been sickening. And then all the excuses after the loss... How pathetic. Bottom line: the better team won the WF. The end. At least Fajardo and Dickenson weren't homers about it. Stubblerjumper Nation doesn't deserve either of them. -

What a game. What a win! -
I mean, in their defense, they're dumber than a pile of cow turds in a field... So, it is what it is. Those stumble-jumpers are always good for a chuckle.

Bombers: let's use two QBs. Riders: hold my Pilsner.

Regardless, the double standard is pretty ridiculous. She made ignorant comments based on her own experience (anecdotal evidence) no differently than Cherry did. Neither is reasonable but there seems to be way less outrage over what she said. How is that right or fair? Now, Bobby Orr's come out of the woodwork to go die on the same hill as Cherry did (https://www.cbc.ca/sports/hockey/nhl/don-cherry-dismissal-reaction-bobby-orr-nov-14-1.5360086) and some yahoo who vandalized a cenotaph claims he did it in Cherry's defense (https://toronto.citynews.ca/2019/11/15/suspect-arrested-toronto-cenotaph-vandalism/). This is all kinds of absurd.

Good thing Wide Lefty was clutch in that game and hit all his field goals. Oh, wait... He sure likes to throw stones, even though they often miss the mark, too. My apologies. I totally read that incorrectly... Thought it read 2001. (Here's why morning coffee is so important prior to posting) -
