Around the League - Regular Season Discussion (Redux)

I couldn't see anyone besides Aaron Grymes getting a look. And even that seems pretty slim, as I'm sure he'll want to be compensated well. -

According to Arielle Zerr, Glenn's hand isn't broken and he's listed as day-to-day. https://twitter.com/arielle_zerr/status/907329723520258048 -
I just want the Riders to perpetually lose.

Missed calls are a part of the game, in every game. Neither team played well, IMO. Maas' temper is trouble, especially when it starts to trickle down to his players. He needs anger management.

No asterisks in the record books. You know, where it really counts. -
I think the defense is starting to get on track, which will be interesting depending on who's behind centre for the Riders this Friday. Reports are Glenn is a spectator at practice today. What a classy move by Reinebold. Serious kudos to him on that.

You mean championship footballs...? -
8/13, 114 yards, 1 TD. He also rushed twice for 12 yards.

Meh... I'd say the stronger argument to be made is Calvillo retiring with regard to the Alouettes' decline as a top team. Crompton had one somewhat good season in 2014 but was then lousy a year later and then injured. Not sure what karma has to do with anything, that's all. The Alouettes are a disaster, to be sure. -

Found this circulating on FB after the game. The wording is a bit odd but the message still comes across. Here's a much improved version:

Anybody else watching The Sinner on Showcase? Pretty intriguing through three episodes. Biel and Pullman are excellent.

The same way you could've just PM'd me with your suggestion... Chippy's MO on this forum is well documented and I defended myself accordingly when he made irrational comments fueled by his obvious hatred for Ryan Lankford. I merely pointed out what Lankford did on Saturday, which shouldn't have elicited the pitiful replies it did. Speaking of suggestions, you could just ignore the posts on here that bring you down.

I wonder where he'll slot in on defense. -
Truth hurts, eh. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

So, right... The same Trevor Harris who couldn't do much against a visiting Bombers team... Gotcha.

Rich comment coming someone who resorts to being admittedly flippant... Next thing to admit: being a presumptuous douchecanoe. I merely pointed out what Lankford actually did yesterday. I laid out the facts plain and simple and said he contributed to the team's success in the Banjo Bowl. Your reaction: jumping to childish conclusions, spouting garbage comments like "hall of fame" and insinuating I'm easily impressed and then saying I love him. You then follow it up by saying I don't know anything about football. That is comical. Pathetic on your part, but utterly comical.
