The team is simply inconsistent early on this season. It's not much different from last season, IMO. Ultimately, the players and the coaches need to prepare better and be more focused for the entire game.

Khari Jones has been OC in BC for some time now. It's not like every season with him at that position the Lions have had "explosive" offensive units, so that's a bit of flawed logic. The Lions also have very solid QBing (both with Jennings and Lulay), perhaps the most lethal receiving corps in the league, and a damn good RB. Offensively, the Lions are stacked, even if the O-line isn't great. Switch Jones and LaPolice and I'd be hard-pressed to see a significant difference in the potency of that offensive unit. There's way more to an offense than just who's running the system, anyway.

LaPolice needs to start calling a more balanced attack more consistently, IMO. The tools are there to be successful but I don't feel as though they're being used properly.

The Bombers were worse off at this point last season (1-4) than they are right now (2-2) and could easily be 3-1 if not for two costly mistakes late in the game on Friday. There's nothing to suggest they won't improve after 4 games.

Nice deal for him for the team, IMO. See how this upcoming season goes and take it from there. The potential is there and he was lights out within the division.

He's already done that on a number of occasions this season. All in all, Glenn has played quite well but it's his inability in recent years to sustain that level of play through 18 games that really detracts from his value. And as opposing defenses continue to adjust based on what they see, it'll make that sustainability even more challenging.
