O'Shea has already pulled the trigger three times on coordinators, so the "he's too stubborn" rule does not apply and as a former MLB he'd certainly be able to see what you've laid out. I'd have no issue with starting in mid June, but for me, the Grey Cup has to be played in November. As someone else mentioned, they should peg it to the first Sunday in November. New things are good, but so are traditions like the Cup in November.
