It must be contingent on how far they go in the playoffs. Like a 2nd if they win a cup and a 3rd if they make the finals. I can't see the Hawks re-signing Ladd. I think Ladd is going to be great for them and expect them to go all the way.

4m caphit and 4.5m actual salary next year. Unless it was Staff and Ladd for Bickell and something amazing, I couldn't see the Jets doing it. Staf and Ladd for Bickell and Pokka and Dano and Scmaltz? I'd do that and play Bickell on the 4th or send him down to the minors for a year. We'd downgrade from Staf to Bickell but I think the Jets have the players to replace Staf next year and I would be shopping him around right now anyway. Pokka, Dano and Scmaltz are not hing to sneeze at. I wouldn't be surprised if all three are NHL ready next season. Dano might not be quite there yet but I think the other two are.

Maurice, Huddy, Vincent and Flaherty. I am fairly ignorant to how an NHL coaching staff works and divides the workload. Also, does anyone know what these guys make? Does Maurice run 100% of the bench? Does Huddy run the PK and Vincent the PP? Also McCambridge on the farm and Morrison and St. Croix. They also have a video coach as well named Craig. Same info? Anyone? Do the Jets have a video coach? Thanks in advance.

I've seen Blomqvist play in a Moose game and he looked slower than everyone else. He's played the last 25 games in Tulsa.

I think it is a dam good move. Let them make their mistakes when the games are pretty much meaningless. They've got a quarter of the season left to learn. This is another reason i think Helle gets called up soon.

I was saying that in jest. A couple of years ago I thought Kosmo would be a Jet by now...how wrong was that? The only way I heard of most of these guys is going to sites and reading about other team's prospects and what analysts think of them and where they have them ranked. I've seen Connor play on tv a couple of times and from what he is doing in the NCAA, he will be a Jet next year. There's some talented players that are going to be available when/if Chevy moves Ladd too.

The roster opens up after the trade deadline (I think) so they can call up Helle and get Oki to back up Comrie on the farm. They might call up some other players too but that might not be until they are mathematically eliminated from the playoffs.....wouldn't look good.

One name and no other explanation/discussion...who does everyone think should have been called up? I say De Leo.
