The Selkirk hospital is one I can think of off the top of my head. They are closing it due to other issues but it was built with an easy expansion in mind. Tell me how this is not a good idea...

I didn't say they should have built it bigger....where did I say that. You are reading what is not there. I said they should have built it with a design that would have allowed expansion more easily if needed. Lots of people on waiting list....maybe they would have looked at putting in another 1500-2000 seats if warranted. |I| think you should show up at Timmy's on your Dodo bird to be honest.

I would have put it in the same spot with a design to expand easily. This is done daily only hospitals and sports arenas/stadiums. Why wasn't it done here? because of short sighted people like you...

Pavs played a very good game and kept his team in when the Bruins were bringing it to them in the 1st and early in the 2nd. Stafford scores a goal on a great passing play and finishes with 2 points. Also, say what you want about Thorbs but he played a good game. Burmi finishes with 2 points and a +4. God, even Stuart finished with a +3 and I thought he played a good physical game. The Bruins were taking the game to the Jets early but Pavs held them in it until they woke up. I think the Bruins couldn't keep up with the Jets' speed. I grew up hating the Bruins so I love this opening season win. Hockey is back and...... THE JETS ARE TIED FOR FIRST OVERALL IN THE NHL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lemieux 915 games and 1.883 points per game. Gretzky 1487 games and 1.921 points per game. Lemieux would have had to play over 600 more games and keep his points per game up to catch Gretzky. Debating this in a 2015 training camp thread..............

Great players don't take many nights off.... Gretzky is head and shoulders above everyone else...he almost averaged 2 points per game during his career....think about that for a minute. I am not a huge Gretzky fan and hated the whiner when he played. Doesn't take away from what he did though.
