If these are the guys on the roster, I have no problem with the lines. I think MP and Staf are where they belong...I am a fan of MP and realize you will only get about 65-70 games out of him but his play has been off this year to me. Let him play his way back up the line up. Let Staf play himself off of it. I think Armia plays on the 20th and 22nd against the Canucks before the Christmas. If not, probably the 27th against Chicago. Where do you do with Staf when Armia is back? If it were me, Thorbs and Staf would sit and Petan and Armia would play. There are still question marks concerning Petan and Armia and the sooner they find out, the better. Thorbs will see the pressbox but will Maurice continue to play Staf if his play doesn't improve? I think that line of Copp Lowry Tanev makes a very, very good 4th line...

Lowry, Armia, Copp and Tanev should be the forwards on the PK....I'd play Dano on there until Armia gets back.The PK is the on ly place I didn't have a problem with Burmi...I'd leave Wheeler and Little off of it and play them on the PP.

He is dragging down his linemates and killing plays. I actually expected a banner year out of him this year because it is the last of his deal but I hoped it would be elsewhere. He has averaged about 17 1/2 goals a season. I think Matthias, Dano, Armia and even possibly Petan and Copp could get 17 goals if played on the lines Staf has played on... Tanev might get 17 playing with the talent Staf has...

Yup, get rid of him and replace him with Armia or Petan or Matthias or Dano or ??? I honestly don't care if we sent him down or lost him on waivers....no need for him on this team. Also, it wouldn't look good for Chevy to have his 4.35m and Pavs' 3.9m and Peluso's 675k on the farm would it?

I don't disagree with the penalty comments by you or anyone else at all. I agree with them. You would think with all the practice they have had over the last 3 or so seasons the PK would be better... I also think Hutch gets the 2nd game.

What is his position? RW or LW? He sucks at both. No way in hell should he be in the top 6....guy is a liability at RW never mind LW. The way Maurice was talking about Copp and Tanev, I think he keeps those two together on the same line. The bottom line is we were about 75 seconds away from taking on of the best teams in the league to OT. That's not so bad is it? Especially losing it on a penalty. I know they have some serious injuries but so do we. If Staf infection doesn't take that penalty, chances are we take at least a point out of that game. I thought Hutch played well. I wonder if we see him on the weekend?

Chevy looks like Sammy Pollock next to those guys. Scheif Lowry Helle Trouba Morrissey Petan Copp Ehlers Connor Comrie Roslo De Leo Foley Stanley and almost forgot Laine. Substantially better I would say...I'd lock Chevy up for 5 years if I were Chipman.

I'm not disagreeing, I am only saying what I think the Jets will do. I just don't think they let him go on that road trip. Connor should be playing somewhere, Jets or Moose.
