I don't think it is too early...if you see someone coming available this summer it might change the way you do things....for example, if they think they can get Alzner, they might not hold out for an LHD for Trouba. This is just an example.

They played well and outplayed the Wings in two periods and I agree about those guys not looking out of place. Helle should play the next one and Hutch the Stars' game which leads us into a back to back. Maurice said at the start of the season that he would be rotating them a lot this month. Looking forward to seeing what they can do against the Rags as they are playing well and are one of the better teams in the league so far this season. edit........besides, look who is holding down the 1st wildcard spot. If the Jets make the playoffs this season, that is a bonus.

The team's GAA is 3.27 and nobody should be happy with that. Helle played well but you can't have that many goals against and win consistently. Going into the 3rd at least a a goal down every game is not a recipe for success.
