so that doesn't matter to you that he gave up a very weak go. Had the score been different I could have made a very big difference. The Jets goaltending remains to be one of the biggest question marks on this team.

I'm not saying the loss is on Helle (.880 sv%) because it isn't but he has been average at best and ditto Hutch (.887 sv%)....I would say a bit below average. Helle needs to work on his rebounds more. He needs to stop that puck after the Laine giveaway.

I would let KC sit a game or two and start him on the road in a game. Let him sit and watch for awhile, it won't hurt and might light a fire and show him he needs to play better D. Burmi should be traded with Staf.

GAA is 3.80 and that has to come down. RNH stripped Laine of the puck and Helle lets in a wrist shot from past the faceoff dot....he should have stopped it. Lots more to it than goaltending though.

The Jets haven't being playing very well this season. Lots of youngsters, poor special teams and below average goaltending and 1C and 2RHD not playing.

If u trade Staf with Trouba, it has to be to a team that is comfortable taking on Staf's 4.35m and signing Trouba to over 5m per year. Not many teams can handle that.

If you read my earlier posts, you would see that i mentioned Dano;s development being delayed by Staf being here too. I am done with the debate...Staf sucks is all I know and Dano, Armia and Ehlers are all better.

47 games and already better at D than Stafford....what does that tell you? Laine is better and Ehlers is even better at D. What happened last year when Maurice wanted Stafford to be more of a checker???? lol I would even argue that Tanev and Lowry are better at D than Staf is too. I know he is p robably here until the TD but I don't agree with it.

your opinion, not mine....he has more seasons under 20 than over. I honestly expected a lot more from Stafford as this is the last year of his contract and he is 31 this month. A bit of a difference between 7th overall and 16th....most drafts anyway.

I know enough to know that Stafford isn't is smart defensively as Armia is. If you can't see that that's your problem and it doesn't surprise me. Hint...look where Armia is when the other team has the puck in his zone....now look where Stafford is, if he is back in the zone yet.

If you are in the proper position in the D zone, you don't have to work so hard. You and Staf wouldn't know about that though.

Myers has to pick it up too....one good game out of 4 doesn't cut it.

Staf leaving means a younger player gets NHL time like Dano.....not saying plug Dano into the 1st line....Staf doens't belong there either.
