Morrissey has made the team and so has Armia...Copp, not so sure as Tanev is making them look hard at him. They may have beat an AHL lnineup but look at the D the Jets iced. Poor Pavs, no love even when he gets a shutout. De Leo played well as did Little.

He is our 3rd or 4th best D man but for sure our best LHD.

You don't do that by trading your best player at that position. We need to upgrade our D depth. There isn't much in the cupboard after Morrissey in the near future.

If you are referring to me, I don't have a hate on for him. I just think he is our 3rd best RHD and should have been traded for a LHD. Now, Trouba wants a trade so I am happy with keeping Myers as our 2RHD. You have a hate on for Enstrom though and he is our 1LHD! Without him our LHD looks like Chiarot, Stuart, Morrissey. Morrissey will make the team but Stu shouldn't be on it and Chiarot is a good 7th D man.

If Matthias is still injured at the start of the season, I would think Tanev stays up or maybe Petan. This is based on the few games they have played and I know nothing about practices so... lots can change by the opener. Hell, Trouba might sign!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously though, the Moose should be a lot better this year. Tanev, Petan, De Leo, Dano, Peluso, Thorbs (if I had my way), H, P, or H (one of the three goalies), Howden, Comrie and Lemieux who has had a tough break. What happens with Phillips? ECHL? or Tulsa or wherever? If Pavs were gone, he could back up Comrie on the farm.

Connor is really making a case for staying up with the big team as is Morrissey and Tanev. Ehlers Scheif Wheeler Perreault Little Stafford Laine Matthias (injured) are locks to make the team. Lowry Armia Connor Thorbs Burmi Copp will probably make the team. Petan Dano Tanev Peluso and the rest will probably be sent down. Buff Enstrom Stuart Myers are locks. Morrissey Chiarot Postma likely stay with big team. The rest will probably go down as I think the Jets only carry 7 D men this year.

A one foe one is best or a multi-player trade. Trouba, Lowry, Staf a 1st and Burmi for Hanifin, Bean and Lindholm.

Our D depth is poor. Chevy needs to make some trades and shore it up. Enstrom, if not re-signed, is gone after next season and Stanley will not be ready. What does that leave us with for a D corps when we are supposed to be contenders? Morrissey Buff Chiarot (if re-signed) Myers (gone the next year if not re-signed) and Trouba's rights. Kostalek Stanley Nogier Poolman (if signed). I don't see anyone from this group playing for the Jets any ti me soon. Chevy needs to move out some forwards for some D men.

BS they thought they were getting full value and the fact that Kane was out for the season helped them tank. They did not think they were getting raped believe me..........Chevy used lotsa lube.

It is simple if you ask me. If a deal doesn't come by then that you are happy with, let Trouba play in the KHL or European league. Why trade him for something you aren't happy with. I thihnk Chevy should go after a top teir LHD. Throw something in with Trouba and get Lindholm or Werenski or Muzzin or the trade Goailie suggested with Murray.

Not near enough.....if they added next year's 1st, I would think about it. If it is an unprotected 1st, I would do it.

Trouba is a RFA which gives his agent the right to talk to talk to other teams. Does anyone think that his camp hasn't come up with teams that want him? Nobody wants to give him an offer sheet but I guarantee you his agent has said, for example, "We have talked to them and the Flyers will trade for Trouba and he is okay to play there"? Teams have offered trades for Trouba but none have interested Chevy enough to pull the pin up to this point. Does anyone think these offers will get better if he sits? Very poor advice by his agent if you ask me.

Does Chevy have any interest in Russell now that Trouba is sitting out?

Trouba was going to play LHD with Buff so how would he bump Myers down is what i was thinking while listening to the interview.
