In other news hellebuyck since being sent down... in 7 games played has a 946 save percentage. Pav and Hutch are hovering around 900. Significant difference if helle is here.

The NCAA eligibility rules are really weird and murky at best.   I wish they would unify them with junior rules.
I think the official rule is we have until he is done college to sign him (really hate this rule BTW as it encourages NHL team to push players to leave college early)
However, he spent 2 years in the USHL before going to UND.  So 2014/2015 was his first year of NCAA play, that would make this year his 2nd year of NCAA.  So I think two more years
But there could be some other rule in there that I don't know about.  
 

So Arizona then becomes edmonton right?  Bunch of skilled forwards but no D. 
Arizonas greatest need is D men. They arent gonna trade one of the best in the league.

Both Pavs and Hutch have more than 1/2 goal higher per game than last year.
Helle is the starter next year. The question is, who is the backup?

I think it's more likely they trade for a young player like Drouin than sign a veteran to a 1 year deal. 
I also think trading for Hamonic is more likely than signing a veteran player to a 1 year deal. 
 
Did you watch Chevys press conference on feb 29th? It's on the Jets site. Maybe you should, cuz basically, i'm just repeating what he has in regards to free agent signings. 
 
He also talked about how he was trying to make some hockey deals this trade deadline... Trades are much more likely for this team than signing free agents to 1 year deals. It just is what it is really.
