Tampa has all the leverage with Drouin other than if they keep him, they have a disgruntled player.  But if he wants to play in the NHL he either has to get over being disgruntled or retire.  Realistically, it wont come to the latter because even if he doesnt get over being disgruntled, the team will eventually opt to part ways.  But they will do it on their time line, like with Winnipeg and Kane.
Tampa's pressing issue is Stamkos.

I'm sure the Jets will send in the tape. Pretty blatant head shot. Doubt much comes of it tho. Good overall game tho. Armia was very good. Nice chip play by ehlers to get the monkey off his back.

Just got back from the new years eve moose game vs the wild. 4 3 win. 13700 plus in attendance. Comrie is very good. 41 of 44 saves. Petan with 2 assists. Morrissey with a goal and assist. 
 
Gonna say petan De Leo Lipon Morrissey and Kostalek and Comrie are very good. Melchiori and MacWilliam are very bad

I don't think Chipman is consulted when Chevy is renegotiating a deal with Lowry but in the case of Buff or Ladd, I think he is.

I'd go as far to say that, outside of Wayne Gretzky, Hawerchuk was the best player on the planet for a couple years.

Hawerchuk  = HOF.................... Doan not so much

Who really cares what the stat book says.
 
The city will always remember guys like Hawerchuk as a Winnipeg Jet legend and that alone is good enough.
