  1. There is no further rock bottom than playing for the Saskatchewan Roughriders
  2. Quebec City is probably a better market for a CFL team than Montreal
  3. They only recently passed Queen’s University. Honestly- would Queen’s University beat the Saskatchewan Roughriders if they played today? Probably.
  4. True. Demski not only has played 3 less games he has 10 TDs vs 5 and is only 170 yards back of KSB Add in his rushing stats I don’t see the impact being similar
  5. Right, but sample size should matter
  6. If we lost Stanley Bryant people would be shitting bricks. Yet, Dennis (the guy who doesn’t understand what fog is) goes out and nobody here seems to notice
  7. Fair and I’d agree. But, we are still a very good team without Demski. The Lions are not without Rourke The media is dying to give Rourke an award
  8. He can have Canadian MOP The Lions would be sub .500 without Rourke .500 at absolute best
  9. Same number of Cup wins as the Saskatchewan Roughriders though
  10. Can confirm - North Bay has no CFL team
  11. It is dumb logic because you let one bad game cripple you with fear. I don’t know how to make this more clear: I don’t care who we play - and no I don’t care which Calgary QB plays. We are the best team in the league. Why would I cheer for an inferior team to get the extra boost of a home field advantage with a Cup on the line? Do I think we would lose? No Would I cheer for it to happen? No, I want it as quiet as possible for our offence. Compare the last two Grey Cups vs the same team where the shittier version was more competitive at home. Also- **** the Gappers, their fans/team deserve to miss the playoffs. Why do you regularly come on a Bomber board and ask for people to cheer a team that is by far the most hated?
  12. Such dumb logic. why would I want to win 16 games only to have some undeserving team have home field advantage in the most important game of the year? like FFS
  13. Who cares? I don’t worry about any team.
  14. I don’t give a **** who we play. Winning the Cup is satisfying enough. The Gappers not even making the playoffs would be satisfying,
  15. Honestly. I swear this same guy asks several times a year “do we want the Gappers to win?” Always no. They deserve nothing.
  16. Still hoping Hassell sees some reps over the next 3 weeks A few accidents on Pembina last night. One looked somewhat serious
  17. Yup, you have to basically know every position on the field
  18. With the Riders on track to miss the playoffs in a home Grey Cup year, even more emotionally restrained teammates are having a hard time dismissing the constant outside noise. “The media and our fan base, it’s a lot. It’s what you sign up for as professional athletes, I know they hold us accountable,” Sankey noted frankly. “They’re going to be coming for some heads, I’m sure, but you’ve just got to try to block it out as much as you can, stay focused and just take the bye week to rest your body or your mind and get ready to finish these last two games out.” Yeah….Sankey isn’t re-signing there
  19. It works two fold in that it: -Makes players feel more confident in the game plan -Makes them even more invested in the playbook and studying the other team’s because they get to contribute. Pretty awesome, no ego from Buck or the other coaches. Top down philosophy from the coaches to the players. The Adams play was funny- definitely gently wrapped him up after just bumping him and thinking he was going down.
  20. ZC’s post game was an interesting look at how our coaching staff operates. He said that him and Brown go looking for plays in other leagues that they think could work for us, and Buck tries to put those plays into the playbook/game plan if they all agree it looks good. Specifically they noticed something about Edmonton’s front - brought it to Buck, suggested DP run the play- Buck put it in and it got a TD. I don’t think that is all too common a thing to give your players that kind of voice
  21. I didn’t really watch much of the game - but, 6’5” 275 lbs should be big enough at DE in the NFL. TJ Watt is 6’4 252 lbs I don’t remember thinking he looked too small, but again, I barely watched that **** game Like Willie Jefferson makes most people look small. Kongbo isn’t one of them
  22. We **** kicked BC when they had a good QB.
