They gave up 500 + yards rushing in the last two games to a team playing for nothing (including a 245 lb 3rd string plug QB running for 150 yards in one game on like 4 carries) - with one of the games carrying their season on the line.

The team was a disaster in every way possible and the team flat out quit on the season.

We are around the same age. The late 80s and early 90s teams were really really good- particularly on defence but also the Dunigan years on offence. The 2001 and 2002 teams were as good as any team in the league and in recent memory in general - just didn’t get it done. This era is just historically good. Quite frankly, every talks about how consistently good Calgary has been the last 30 years ;and they have been). Sure as hell have not won many Cups for me to be all that impressed. They lose a lot in the playoffs.

He isn’t going there. Apparently his wife said she wouldn’t move there, and he has a grudge against how the fans have treated him over the years (same reason Masoli is never going there). That is on top of them just being a total disaster of an organization top to bottom. There are literally zero reasons to play there and have to live there outside of a massive over pay. He is going to go to the East division.

We have won more games than anyone, been to 4 straight West Finals, and are back to back Grey Cup Champions. They are easily the best team of the last 6 years. We have done more in 6 years than the Saskatchewan Rough Riders have done in 100. We are the best franchise in league history and went 28 years between Cups. Consider yourselves lucky we did have a stupidly long Cup dry spell. On our way to a third straight in your barn, enjoy watching us celebrate.
