depends the pool your in, but generally $ is involved. There's other pool like things out there such as MBBs bracket challenge we did on this site winner getting like a $50 bomber or jet store gift card or something. I personally like doing the pools during playoffs cuz it gives me a vested interest in why I'm watching and who i'm cheering for. Didn't really start playing in them till about 2003 when the Jets weren't around, but even with the Jets back and rarely in the playoffs, if I wasn't in a pool I could probably couldn't care less who won and certainly wouldn't be watching nightly

I watched a bit of aftermath prior to SD last night and they said Braun was legitimately hurt as well. I don't believe they have a vested interest in feeding to the kayfabe, although they do discuss things as though they are real.

I think i've officially given up on Raw and switched to SD. I just can't watch RAW anymore with Ambrose and the Miz as the center focus, does nothing for me as a fan, and with an oft missing champ (Lesnar) there's just no real title story going and it lessens the program imo. Mind boggling how they can cram 3 hours with basically a woman's match, a cruiser weight match, an IC level match, a tag match and a braun vs reigns segment week after week. Raw has gotten stale AF. Only complaint I have with SD is what they are doing with Shinsuke. Just let the man wrestle already, watching him drunken stagger down the ramp just for dolph to talk and talk and talk ugh... I've lost interest in that story already. Ziggler himself has been such a jobber over the last few years to it's hard to really buy into the feud as you know shinsuke will beat his ass at backlash.

I thought Marouf has been playing for the Hamilton Hurricanes since he last played for Guelph due to the ineligibility? Maybe not as good of a program as CIS level, but as long as he's playing and staying in shape, unless he really let himself go this past offseason? but if that were the case I don't see Walters wasting the pick

clearly the answer to fleury is top shelf. just gotta not put it over the net. that was a good game for me point wise. Sucks holtby cant seem to hang onto shutouts with under 3 mins left (2nd time he did this, this series) but at least the extra point was covered with a sheary assist on the malkin goal. I dunno, considering only 2 NFL hopefuls were drafted before 30, he might have still be available for sask vs auclair at 30. Without seeing everyone's board I'm just going by how few were taken in the first 4 rounds. Edm getting both Senior and Boateng in the 5th round may have won them the draft in a couple years times

Unless they felt other teams were coveting Judge early, I think going #2 overall for him was way too early for a guy going to test NFL waters likely for a while. Outside of Gray at #8 and Ankou at #26 the riders could have maybe got Judge with their 30th pick and addressed something more pressing at #2, or did something like Bladek at 2, Wright at 11, Judge at 30. the biggest head scratchers for me from the riders was the 3 OL after Bladek. Now they have Guy, JSJ, White and Bladek fighting for 1 spot, where these other 3 picks fit in is beyond me. I realize they had a lot of injuries on the line last year but of the 4 mentioned, that should already be sufficient depth, some of these guys are going to be so buried down the pecking order just seems like a lot of wasted picks

I think if Harris got hurt, or eventually retires we will go back to import at RB. The messams/cornish's/harris' of the league are exceptions and finding NI depth for them is hard. That's why you generally see NI's as FBs not RB. If we did need to go NI somewhere else I think we'd maybe see us swap out Bruce Johnson or play Knox/Hurl at MLB. OR if he's good enough, our #1 last night gave us an option to go westerman/thomas/ekakitie/okpalaugo but I'd prefer to see Nevis remain in the line up

I count 82 on the list shouldn't it be down to 75 or are there non counters somewhere on there? I think our MLB is still the biggest glaring hole, but our (imo) much improved Dline may help that spot out with better pressure on the ends and a stronger run block up the middle

Since it seems to be widely accepted that Walters feeds Dunk a lot of info, i'm going to go on a limb here and say this team official was a bomber employee. As such, as a thank you, the sassachwon roughriders should send us over Demski and take neufeld off our hands.

pretty spot on analysis and good case for each of their points. Given the fact we pretty much had our 7 starting NI's already pencilled in, this draft was exactly what Forde said, stock piling weapons in the closet. I suppose were still in a wait see period with these current draftees but overall I really like what Walters has done with our Can-con during his time here. Might have to start calling him the Anti-Taman

I wouldn't lose too much sleep over Bladek or Judge. I doubt rider will even see judge for a long time, when I hear a player say they want to "exhaust" their nfl opportunities to me that means, don't wait up, I will be a while. imo Bladek and Spooner are a wash. They both won't be starting anytime soon, and Bladek also hasn't played in a year, that could possibly tip in spooner's favor is you were evaluating them head to head on the better pick.

I agree with your statement. However anytime you can draft a potential starter (like Ekakite is being heralded) seems like worse case is we have a solid depth pick up behind Thomas, who may surpass him as the year goes on. Spooner i see essentially taking over Coutures role this season, and Couture himself bumping Neufeld off the roster. Gray is a great back pocket asset to have if/when he eventually comes north. I still get the feeling Walters had many talks with him over the course of his Bison career and everyone basically knows where they stand and it was a good enough understanding to use such a high pick. I think Bigg Jay said Dunk mentioned that Conteh was a late addition to the draft and could easily be the top ranked DB. Given the uncertainty of Lofflers health despite a standout rookie season, that's some invaluable depth as well.

i wasn't a big fan of leto's joker initially but when thinking of Nicholson's campy joker, to Ledgers psycho dirty joker he needed to craft it into his own. watching SS again it seems like he was just trying to take bits of both versions, = better dressed but equally as crazy and his own touch was the tatty's and grill to try and "thug" him up a bit as a mob boss. The only reason I would want to see him in the batman tho is because I don't think we got to see a good side of him in SS. All hopelessly yearning for Harley Quinn and such. Need to see the more diabolical side of him fighting ol batsy
