This might be true, especially if Nightwing gets his own movie down the road. I honestly thought if they were redoing batman again, the logical choice for bad guy was Leto's Joker at this point. at the end of Suicide Squad he is still running around on the loose trying to break Harley Quinn out of jail.

So while a few of these have been mentioned before, this is just a list of upcoming DC movies/projects. So far a lot of DC movies have sucked but they are determined to keep spitting them out because they still bring in $. - Wonder Woman - Justice League - Aquaman - Shazam (featuring the rock as the villain Black Adam) - Green Lantern Corp (introducing John Stewart, but also featuring Hal Jordan) - The Flash - Cyborg - The Batman (Deathstroke as main Villain) - Dark Universe (featuring John Constantine, Swamp Thing and Zatanna - basically going to be DC's version of Doctor Strange with all the mythical arts/dimensions) - Gotham City Sirens (sounds like Robbie will be back to reprise Harley Quinn, no one rumored yet to be Catwoman or Poison Ivy) - Justice League 2 (original target was 2019, but sounds like they want to push the Batman first so more likely 2020 now) - Man of Steel 2 - Suicide Squad 2 - Deadshot - Black Adam (this one confused me as they first mentioned him as the villain for Shazam but sounds like they want to do a stand alone also featuring the rock) - Lobo (this will likely be DC's "Deadpool")

pretty sure dunk surpassed lawless as an CFL inside scooper over the last year or so, so those shoes should already be taken care of. Never listen to H&L but i know I usually tuned out Lawless at intermissions watching the jets because far to often I found him stating the obvious and not really adding much in the way of context

So after watching Guardians of the Galaxy again to re-acquaint myself with it before #2, i couldn't take it anymore and watched the 2nd one last night. Overall it's still a good movie but not as good as the first, I'll post the rest of my thoughts in the spoiler feature

I suspect Reynolds future with the riders is tied to the fate of Jones, so while I understand the attempt to try and save face with the disappointed comments, reality is he will continue to give Jones a long leash until the BOD cracks down with another losing season. He might be absolved of what he inherited in the gong show that was 2015, but giving jones full power and the keys to the franchise is all on him. I've read a few comments over the last while of people comparing the rebuild to the bombers results under O'Shea (first 2 season were losers, but turned it around in year 3) as reason to be patient and stay the course because the results will come one day, but the biggest difference I see is Walters is a better GM at this point between the 2. With the way Jones is so brash, arrogant and defiant of the rules, I honestly don't think he will be able to turn around the mess he made, and yes even tho Taman may have inflated some contracts, a lot of what has happened to that roster to the point its at now is self inflicted by Jones. It's just amazing that so many rider fans have their lips puckered to and heads firmly up Jones' ass. He has done sweet F'all so far while employed by the riders. Scrap heapin 99% of their roster and racking up tons of fines all the while tarnishing their brand and image. I get people will always cheer for the logo, not the name on the door, but the support he gets is ridiculous and based on things he's done for other organizations.

I think if they were able to recast becky mid way through the series (tho i remember not really caring for becky 2.0 even tho she was hotter) no reason they can't recast Mark

looks like they are getting all secretive over on RF. A poster alluded to the roster violations being in part from Jones and Steve Macaulay of the Regina Thunder being buddy buddy and they've been flying in junior players from all over the country to try and get them in the exempt classification. Guess some of these kids were already exempt for someone else prior

nope when asked at minicamp why kinne wasn't rostered jones told the reporters he was no longer with the team. I think it was similar circumstances to Jake Waters, recently married and other job opportunities down south

tough to say who will be PR'd. Apparently Jones has been on record as saying Bridge doesn't do well in practices but when the lights come on he's a gamer so how well he does at these camps might not mean much. I think they'll release Heaps and PR bennett imo

i totally forgot the riders were fined $60K as well as the 26K deduction to their sms last year, so in 1 year Jones has cost the club over $100K in fines. I might not be a fancy big city lawyer, but even in a profitable company losing $100K due to gross negligence to the rules and STILL sucking balls on the field would normally be grounds for immediate dismissal... i think the axe is being sharpened as we speak. might not swing till labour day tho

So there was a little fire there after all between Jones and Manziel's camp. I'm sure rider fans will defend this by saying but it wasn't a work out as reported! anyone have a tally on the fines Jones as incurred so far as a rider? mental math has me somewhere around $70K

The visit could have been a lot better for me but the ending was spoiled to me prior to seeing it. That's MNS problem, he's good for that one pop surprise ending twist but once you've seen or know it, the movie isn't really worth watching again. As for the Visit making fun of the elderly I didn't feel that way personally, it was more just showcasing how crazy the 2 elderly characters were while still touching upon common elderly issues at the same time

watching that ducks oilers game yesterday it was reminding me of when we played the ducks in the first round a few years ago but roles reversed. Anaheim was flying hard at the start of the game, while the oilers were sitting back and trying to slow the pace. by the end of the game, oilers turned it up a notch and anaheim couldn't keep up. Seems like that's what Anaheim used to do and certainly did versus us with those come from behind wins

did anyone watch this? apparently premiered Jan 6th, concluded march 3rd so full season to be watched. Not really sure how i feel about the trailer, but wondering if its worth attempting

nope, after the village i swore off his movies for a while. i think devil may have been the next one i watched by him. speaking of bad movies, they have a movie thread on RF i was looking at and someone mentioned this movie called the doom generation from the 90's. that's definitely gotta be one of the dumbest things i've watched in forever

I dunno if I'd call Kohlert's 10 reception 2012 rookie season an indication he was a starting canadian receiver at the time ottawa picked him, but looking at the list of who we had I can see why it was ottawas reluctant pick and no big deal loss

IMHO Split was a better movie then unbreakable... a lot better, and once you connect the 2 it makes it a lot more interesting when thinking about Mr. Glass' take about finding humans with unique powers..etc. I would have rather seen a 3rd movie introduce a new character/power then already bringing back Jackson, McAvoy and Willis
