while his sample size is really small, IMHO he has the most upside out of the younger guys on their team. He has looked half decent in the limited action he's seen last couple years. But unless they cut Glenn or Young doesn't make the team, I think he's buried on their depth chart for some old guys -
I've seen this trailer at all the movies i've seen lately (Logan, The Great Wall and Kong) and I find myself not really interested in this movie. Maybe because I didn't watch or read the origin of it's japanese manga series, but just based off the trailers, I get very skeptical with these robot/AI movies. Off the top of my head I wasnt overly impressed with movies like irobot, surrogates, ex-machina, tron legacy to name a few more recent films. Though this does look like it could be a decent 3-D spectacle

I've seen my share of SD since they split the brand again, but for the most part I'm lucky if i catch it once a month live on tv. TBH I don't see why they even have "GM's" anymore if Steph and Shane are regular fixtures on the shows anyways. I got tired of Mick and Steph's bickering a long time ago. She's kinda hard to take seriously trying to channel Vince's "snarl" while flaunting her chest all the time. I'm just waiting for the day someone asks mick if that's a sock in his sweats or if he's just happy to see steph

my biggest issue with Smackdown is they only air it once on tues between 7-9 (maybe till 10?) then not again until saturday afternoons. Tues primetime and sat afternoon never work for me, I suppose I could PVR but for some reason I never do. at least with raw if I miss the 7-10 i watch again at 11-2. I like that a lot more then 1 and done with SD. I usually just read the reports on SD and carry on

seriously? I thought that movie was a steaming pile of giant gorilla dung... but then again I'm not a big Black or Adrien Brody fan. I thought this one was much better though all n all definitely worth checking out

went and saw Kong: Skull Island tonight, it was pretty good, worlds better then the Jack Black one. John C. Reilly was really good in this. Apparently the director wants to make a spin off of the character. Kind of sad though that the next movie I want to see (and not really all that much) is Fate of the furious in like a month, followed by Guardians of the galaxy 2 a month after that. not a whole lot in between unfortunately Im a little pissed now that i just read there was post credit scene that ties in the godzilla vs kong. totally walked out as soon as credits were rolling :s

they announced the warrior award last night during raw to a kid who was paralyzed playing football

not bad stats for a DT but I don't remember the riders having a very good DL last year, but that could be scheme more then talent

I don't think Gadot is too thin, from what I remember in the comics, wonder woman wasn't ripped or big either, which kind of gave her that deceiving perception she was just a pretty face, not some powerhouse amazon princess. After watching Gadot in Keeping up with the Joneses, she's definitely a good casting for the role

Found it interesting reading the report on the Raw house show in Toronto the final match was Samoa Joe, HHH and Kevin Owens vs Sami Zayn, Chris Jericho and Finn Balor. I know house shows mean squat cuz they aren't on TV, but I wonder if they are getting ready to move Balor to Raw shortly

I still can't believe Wonder Woman isn't out until June 2nd, I swear I saw the first trailer for it back in like September.

absolutely they are, but a long first match with NO earlier today and what appeared to be crazy amount of sweeping vs MB (Hebert especially looked like his face was turning purple at one point) does have its wear and tear, especially this far along in a tourney like the Brier. Koe very well could pull it off, I mean he's not team Canada atm for nothing, but I still think it's Gushue's to lose at this point. However if Gushue loses, then both he and Englot will have lost the finals after winning the 1-2 game this year, which would have me wondering if the day off does more harm then good
-
I don't think Koe's team is bad, hell their 3rd Kennedy curled a 100% tonight against MB, but imho Gushue has the crowd and momentum and Koe's team had a loooong day today. I think if nothing else, that will be the biggest factor tomorrow. I still expect a good game tomorrow, but I think there will be a new team canada by monday
-
choke thy name is McEwen. Too bad, but as I said I think Gushue takes it all. Hebert and Laing are gonna be tired tomorrow for Koe's team

there would have been a lot more activity but I couldn't log in, been waiting almost 24 hours just to post this

saw this trailer at The Great Wall tonight, don't have high hopes for it, but I'll still likely watch it

theres a few teaser trailers out there but most seem to be fan made. I did see a more recent pic of thor tho and he's got short hair don't think i've ever seen thor depicted with short hair before

Reilly is a good QB but he's no AC or Ray or Burris playing well into his twilight. His style of play will likely put him in DD category who is on the downward swing of his career at 34. If I was thinking long term, I would go with Franklin over Reilly, but ultimately I would be trying to make something work with both first -
i thought that was vs BC last night

I think Reilly's health will play a big part in it. But some tough choices will need to be made at some point. If I had to gamble on Reilly (32) or Franklin (26) thinking about the future, I might actually choose Franklin, and try to trade Reilly for some assets, or get him to restructure and take on a back up role (doubtful he will tho) -

I think Glenn got like 80K upfront, so if he ends up not in the plans it's still costing the riders so win win -
