this has me excited to see Gurley in the line up. At the game I was saying to my dad that our receivers were getting open, just need some size to get that jump ball (like that one throw in the south endzone that Bighill knocked away) a prime example was Kohlert beating his man and nearly getting a huge grab, switch that player with a bigger faster guy and its a TD

looks like Jays vs Indians that was a pretty entertaining 9th in the bosox/indians game

Around The League Regular Season Discussion
Taynted_Fayth replied to Noeller's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
guess we did win FA after all -
speaking of 58 points, Rod Hill was at my sons football game today, and they were winning 32-8 at half he went over to their half time huddle and challenged them to get 100 points (made them all laugh) he said even when your up you keep going and take it to them. they finished 58-20 but I agree with his statements and felt the same way even when we were up 21-3 yesterday

I'm not ashamed of what I've done and where I've been, I've had my reasons and proud to say I've cleaned up. I also dont shy away from my past if I find it has relevance in speaking about something similar as a reference point. thats all

Mo for sure, when he stopped rainey there at the 3 yard line, I dont think I've given so many strangers high fives in my life lmao may have even got a hug....

At the game, from the very beginning I noticed #67 for the lions, Hunter Steward (left guard) would hold his arm out to the center until the snap then quickly pull his arm in prior to the snap. Is that legal? he did it all game long, and I couldn't figure out how that was legal as it could very well draw players in. I was under the impression once you get into stance, you cannot break it until after the snap. Can someone clarify please

and for that I fully agree with the repercussions taken on Johnson. If it's on the list he should be steering clear of it. My issue I guess is with what is on the list and why
-
Just cuz it's legal doesnt make it any better. Only reason liquor is legal now is because prohibition didnt work, and as we see in todays society, prohibition on drugs isnt working either
-
not trying to justify his actions, he screwed up and took something on the banned list. he gets what he deserves. I'm just speaking from experience that there is a huge difference between PEDs and recreational drugs and there should be fine line between the 2 and what the league enforces. Liquor isnt exactly a non intoxicating substance yet no one bats an eye towards that

were def gonna need that pressure today, I dont think our secondary matches up well vs Arceneaux/Burnham/Sinkfield et al. but let's just play aggressive and turn that ball over like we were doing weeks ago
-
I get what your saying, but recreational drugs are done on their own time in their private lives. your kids will never see that unless they show up to a game high, at which point then yes I would say its a problem. PED on the other hand actually give you an unfair advantage on the field, so kids will actually see players "cheating" in that regard and is not a great example. As someone who has done his fair share of bad things over the years, including MDMA, I can certainly say it does not help ones on field play, and in most cases has no affect. It's unfortunate he violated what would be on the list - I know if I was in that situation I would become well versed with what I can and cant do because I wouldnt want to jeopardize my job. But I think they need to re-evaluate what is on the banned list and narrow it more down to PED's because that actually has an impact on the field

ahh its not that cold outside i was just outside in shorts, tho i might throw on jeans before the game

I've never found buck to be that bad, could be just a familiar sound after so long of watching the Jays on sportsnet, but nothing wrong with him. If anything I felt watching the game today it was missing Buck's excitement when Tulo/Carrera/Pillar/Edwin took the ball out of the park. I was still cheering, but felt like it was missing that certain something

he'll def have a goose egg, they said gomez's hit came back at him at 102mph, but probably best place (if there is one) to take it, or the top of your skull. pretty fast reflexes to turn his head in time

Huge Jays win, Mr Noctober David Price getting lit up by the Indians, great day to be a Jays fan!
-
they sure delivered in the 5th! I dont even hate the rangers but seeing their fans in disbelief is a thing of beauty

TULO!! man our bats need to come back to life, considering Happ has let on (but were left on) 2 runners every inning, its only a matter of time before they start cashing them in. need some insurance in a hurry

They never mention if he's dead or not, but they tie in why the park was opened (Hammond's wishes) and it has BD Wong in it, as the same character so it's plausible Grant (Neill) is still alive, but he made it pretty clear in JP3 he REEEEEEEAAAALLLLYY hates the park, and I'm sure after narrowly escaping a 2nd time he would say hell no to putting himself into that situation a 3rd time. Neill apparently is in Thor Ragnarok so he might be too busy for JW2

Week Of vs BC Thanksgiving Game (Now With Depth Chart!)
Taynted_Fayth replied to Noeller's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
interesting they have gurley behind dressler -
so im watching the cleveland/bosox game and the indians hit back to back jacks. The broadcaster then says this place is "Toronto loud". is this actually a thing now? or just same guy who called the wildcard game?
-
was talking about it at riderfans, and got a link to argofans where they talked about the issues last year, apparently while benched Gurley took issue with Marcus Brady's play calling and got up in his face. Maybe with their season slowly twirling down the crapper, old feelings flared up http://www.argofans.com/showthread.php?3565-What-did-Tori-Gurley-do-on-the-bench Glad to hear Heath speak well of him and the locker room he would have first hand experience with. May have even had a bit of impact on the final decision to go after Gurley
