can you buy tickets directly from the bombers? I know for the first game vs edmonton at home (July 17th) i bought 5 tickets in the endzone (Listed at $41.00 ea) but got charged an additional $6/ticket just for going through ticketmaster. $30 extra isnt all that much but after tax and this ticketmaster fee what would be $205 for the 5 tickets ended up being $265

if they could do this with the mic'd up I'd be on board

Just finished watched the 6 episode season 1 of Gangland Undercover (History channel show) that was a really great watch, and apparently season 2 is right around the corner. If you like Sons of Anarchy you'll def like this show **edit: my bad says seasons 2 started sept 26 which is good news! 6x 45 mins episodes was not enough! lol

a lot of the pricing probably coincides with the TV deal they have. back when home games were blacked out, if you wanted to see the game, you buy a ticket and attendance was probably better, and more people = more gate revenue. now you can watch everything so theres less reason to show up. I'm fine with it either way but i think last time i checked cheapest tickets at IGF were like $35

That mic'd up crap did absolutely nothing to make the game better from a viewer standpoint. The Cadence being barked out means absolutely nothing to those not familiar with the playbook and call so it's really a useless novelty

Anyone else not a fan of the TBS broadcast? I mean I used to watch Braves games on TBS way back in the 90s, but over all I prefer watching and listening to Buck Martinez on sportsnet.

i watched it the other night. very confusing at first but got better as the show progressed, definitely worth watching episode 2

started watching Luke Cage last night (entire seasons up on Netflix/Kodi) about to start episode 5, so far it's been alright all in all, though while I liked Juice (Theo Rossi) in Sons of Anarchy, I'm havin a hard time buying into his character "Shades" in this so far. But I did like the back story episode, as I've never really followed Luke Cage, and at the height of my marvel days in the early 90s he was more known as Power Man

If we do go after any one of them I hope its soon, wouldnt mind seeing them likely in the 2nd game vs BC

This is my concern as well and IMO kind of bunk if they dont at least have a talk with Hazelton and/or his agent. Toronto's been a garbage fire since ray went down (outside of the one game Lefevours won) so there might be some frustration involved with SM's feeling these days. Obviously bringing in, and playing Hazelton for the last year and a half wasnt so much of an issue till this point, maybe Hazeltons been frustrated too and just needs a new scenery

not a big fan of the celebration just for making the wild card considering where they were standing like a month ago, that said, there's 20 other teams out there wishing they could be where the jays are (and 9 other teams) so they should at least be happy they are in regardless. After the parks fail and then the World's fail how can they possibly write a story about people going to visit dinosaurs? unless its centered around the concept of the dinosaurs can escape the island (swimming or flying) and pose a threat to society that requires the military to intervene I dunno I have 0 hope for this movie
